We spend about 20-30 minutes each morning doing Brain Gym before we start our morning devotions. Here are photos of some of the excercises. They especially help Jordan who has problems with crossing midline. I have noticed that since we have started doing this he has an increased attention span and more impulse control! YAY!
HOWEVER,
These past two days I have had some challenges with obedience with some of my dc and I have had to really check myself to see if I have become lax in my consistency with them. I am seeing a reluctance for first-time obedience, and a whiny attitude towards each other. I need to reread some of my child training books and refresh my resolve to be on top of the situation instead of being rolled over by the situation.
