Tic-Tac-Toe... Three in a Row!!!

This is the third day in a row that we have been basically all done by lunch time! I am so excited that we are back on track.

The only things we have left today... Jordan and Kaitlyn have to do their Bible Quiz homework and both girls owe me Quiet Reading Time minutes. Kaitlyn needs to read for 50 minutes (and Bible Quiz doesn't count towards that time) and Hannah owes me 30 minutes.

If we can continue getting done by lunch time we can start lapbooking again. We have not been doing it lately, b/c no one is done with their work on time!

Today we are not going to lapbook though b/c I need to run a few errands!

Hip, Hip, Hooray! For a productive day!

I say- Don't belittle your hard work like that! Besides, with homemade gifts it always is truly "the thought that counts". Really, it is so thoughtful of you to even make something like that for an almost total stranger- you are too, too sweet,
keep it up, it's an endearing quality!

Your lapbooks always look like a lot of fun to do!
As far the the celebrity look-a-like thing: I agree that you look like all those people. And dating Sulley would be okay as long as he didn't shed! I don't need any more hair on my furniture!
P.S. Did you get your b-day gift yet? I mailed it Mon & it should have been there yesterday or today.

My name is Christina. I am 38 years old and have been happily married to my best friend, Russ for over 18 years! My username is quietcajun, but I am neither quiet, nor cajun! The nickname is based on my children's initials! The first four children are: Kaitlyn (16), Jordan (14 next month), Ian (12.5), and Noah (10 next month)... put their first intials together and you get KJIN (cajun). Sarah Hope is one of our babies in Heaven and Hannah (8 in September) is my youngest (so far). Put S and H together and you get SH as in SHHHH... QUIET. Get it? Thus, quietcajun! We are in our 12th year of homeschooling. We have tried public school, but we soon realized how important it is that they be HOME at all costs. Now we are back to having them all home again! It's not always easy, but it is for the BEST! Two of our children have Asperger's Syndrome. That is an adventure in itself. We are still learning! This blog is a place for me to sort out the daily joys and challenges of life as a mother and wife as I strive to love and know God more and bring GLORY to HIM in EVERY part of my LIFE!!!!
