I was TAGGED by BABYMAKERS! 

 

Nine Weird Things About Me:

 

1.  I have a REALLYweird habit of spelling everything in my head.  I have even stopped a conversation to ask how something is spelled before continuing.  I sometimes lose the train of a conversation b/c I am spelling a difficult word in my head.  I am told that this is TRULY strange.

 

2.  I fold my napkin into neat little squares as I eat so I will have a clean section on top.  And I almost ALWAYS have to have a napkin when I eat. 

 

3.  I talk to myself and I sometimes even answer myself.  I call it a Parent-Teacher Conference!  LOL!

 

4.  My favorite scent in the world is Downy Fabric Softener, but I do not actually use it anymore b/c it is very unhealthy, but I love to just stand and smell my friend's laundry area when I go to her house! 

 

5.  Some people think my lifestyle is weird:  5 children, wanting more...  homeschooling, etc.  And the fact that I love being with my children and I am head-over-heels in love with my husband!

 

6.  I used to walk and talk in my sleep.  I don't think I do it anymore, because I am so dead tired at the end of the day, but I did it until I was much too old to do so. 

 

7. My middle school-aged children do NOT attend our church's youth group. 

 

8.  I am a bit of a health nut though we do eat things we should not on a much too regular basis. I am a wealth of information all kinds of semi-useful health information!  I cause people to roll their eyes almost everytime I open my mouth to speak!

 

9.  I have some sort of sensory processing disorder, I think.  It takes me 5 minutes to get comfortable in bed b/c I have to get to where I cannot feel a wrinkle in my clothes, or a seem against my side, etc.  I have to drink my cold water from a THIN glass and I like my vegetables in THIN slices.  I am definitely HIGH MAINTENANCE!  But I try  not to make others meet these needs.  I do it myself most of the time, but those close to me know what are like and usually cater to it just to be sweet. 

 

Now...  I would like to know 9 weird things about:  Tiany, Jenig and purpleprincess!

You have some...different...quirks and some that are not so different from us.

Funny! You, my dear- are a picky eater! My food just has to be almost burnt before I eat it- check out my last post to see why. I am also with you on the whole everyone thinking you are wierd becuase you want a large family, etc... We get the *wierd looks* all the time over that one.

I was just browsing your blog, coming from babymakers! I think you are OCD!! (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) I have some of those traits too, (always count everything) and I am obsessively clean and organized! It's not always a bad thing to be compulsive. I, too, can't sleep unless everything is perfect!! Everyone has something they are funny about!!!

You are weird! Just kidding, but I didn't know all those things about you, mostly just the ticker tape thing in your head & the sleep walking. It's our idiosyncrasies that make us all so interesting, otherwise it would be a boring world. Anyway, have a wonderful day! :) - Jibz

I can relate to a lot of this, the youth group stuff too (I don't like them personally), & people do tend to roll their eyes at me, or walk away, or show "polite" interest when I speak LOL (unless it's just small talk).

Bad week to tag people, but it was the rule. Anyway, we're not doing anything so I'm not so busy. And Ladybug I has a cold now; praying it doesn't get any worse & her sister doesn't get it too.
