Gift for My Dear Friend, Tanya
I didn't post this before b/c I know Tanya occasionally checks out my blog and I did not want to spoil the surprise!
She said she wanted an apron for Christmas to protect her clothing when she cooks! So, here I am modeling her WINTER apron:

My expression in this photo makes me look psycho... if I am it is because of all of the fits my sewing machine has been giving me lately! I should have ironed this apron before having my dd take this photo... it looks a little rumpled!
I thougt this turned out nicely, but one apron would NEVER do... not for a wonderful friend like Tanya... So:

Here is my dd modeling the SPRING apron! I am having trouble rotating photos again, which is strange b/c I was able to do it before, but I can't remember how I did it! Figures!!!

Here I am modeling apron #3... you guessed it... this one is a SUMMER print! Please ignore the pile of laundry on my bedroom floor in the lower right corner of this photo. At least it is CLEAN! That's my ironing pile!
And the final apron modeled by dd:

This is the AUTUMN print. Of course, she can use any of the prints at anytime, but the 4 seasons were my "inspiration" and I used a different view of the pattern for each one!
I forgot to take a photo of the first blankie that I made for Madison (my littlest goddaughter) before I mailed it to her. But as soon as I finish the remaining three I will post photos. (I broke my sewing machine needle and had to just send the package with one blankie... I didn't think a two month old would mind!)

Wow! Nice apron's! You are talented!
I especially liked the fall apron. It was my personal favorite, but they are all nice.
I am having trouble with the new format, and being able to upload photos. I hope to have it fixed soon.
Watch for new photos.
Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas. I love the aprons you made for your friend ~ you are really talented. I wish I could do a few things like that... but God gave me other gifts. I try not to be guilty of gift envy.
I have one question though, "Who irons?" I always take things out of the dryer and hang them up as fast as I can... hoping there are no wrinkle.
