Still getting caught up on uploading photos... these are from January. We went bowling one evening at the Navy Base Bowling Alley! I am a terrible bowler, but we had fun!

Ian showing Noah how its done!

Giving it a try!

It took awhile, but we finally found a ball that Hannah could lift!

Lets see who we have here... Hannah is the one with the pink sweater tied around her waist. This photo was obviously taken before her haircut! In the yellow jacket is Ian, Jordan has a blue and yellow plaid shirt on, and Noah has the long sleeved blue shirt. In the background you can see my friend and part of her family. Diana just looks like a blur of blond hair in the background. Her son Mark is the one with the big smile and her son John is the one in the blue hooded sweatshirt. You can kind of see her husband, Bill in the background beyond them (it looks like he is growing out of the top of Noah's head). Right behind Ian is Russ (my dear husband) in the striped shirt.
Also there (but not pictured) were Kaitlyn (my 14 year old), Hannah (another Hannah... Diana's almost 13 year old), and Gracie (Diana's 6 year old). And of course ME, taking the photos!

Asperger's Syndrome makes everything harder for Jordan, but I love his willingness to TRY!!!!

Jordan watching Daddy's technique! (He got the spare, by the way!!!)

Ian and Kaitlyn are my more athletic children and do well at everything they try... rock climbing, swimming, AND bowling! Amongst other things!
We are on Day 7 of sickness at our house. Keep us in your prayers.
Russ caught it at work last week... in his office 4 or 5 guys had come down with the flu and of course, Russ caught it. Russ has no spleen so when he gets sick he gets hit hard. We tried to pre-empt it with herbs and prevented the pneumonia that many were progressing into, but he finally had to go get some antibiotics. Unfortuneately, most herbal remedies work by improving the functioning of the spleen... so for someone who has no spleen they don't get the job done.
Hannah started fevering Sunday night. Ian followed Monday (yesterday) morning... then Noah and Kaitlyn by late yesterday. Today, Three are still feverish and the other two feel yucky.
We have a Quiz Meet Saturday so I am praying we will be all well by then.
Did I say all of this already yesterday? If I did, please forgive me... I am getting a bit worn down from taking care of sickies. I pray that there will be a well child to help me if I get it!
