This is one of the books I have most recently read. It was written by my good friend, Diana's, friend Carrie George. Diana knew Carrie from her church in Salt Lake when she lived there. After Diana and her pilot husband moved to Georgia, Carrie and HER pilot husband also moved to Georgia and again she and Diana attended the same church.
This book is a series of short true stories from Carrie's life. It is somewhat akin to the genre of the Chicken Soup books.
This would be a GREAT book to give to a friend who has a chronically ill loved one and spends a lot of time in hospital waiting rooms, or for someone who is in a metaphorical WAITING ROOM in life... which is all of us at some time or another, I think!
This wonderful Christian book was very uplifting and it was wonderful to see how many opportunities Carrie has had to minister to others through the many difficulties her own family has encountered.
I would definitely recommend this book.
