Russ' dad and step-mom came to visit! They were able to use their RV along the side of our home thanks to my dh's resourcefulness in installing a power box, etc. on the side of our house! (I love how incredibly handy my sweet husband is!!!)

Here's the whole crew (minus me... taking the picture and Hannah... throwing a bit of a fit b/c the sun was in everyone's eyes!)
On the far left is Kaitlyn, then my husband Russ and then Jan (step-mom). Directly in front of Jan is Jordan (the one in a purple UW Huskies T-shirt!) and then Jim... yes, my father-in-law's name is James Brown! Then in front is my little Noah. All of the boys are looking quite shaggy in this photo, but they had haircuts this week, so they look MUCH nicer now!

Here are the guys... too bad the sun was now in Jim's eyes, but I still like this picture a lot!
back row (from Left to right): Russ and Jim
front row (from L to R): Jordan, Ian and Noah

Here's one of us girls (with Grandpa Jim in the background ready to get on the road back to Idaho!) Ignore the pained expression on my face. I really love Jim and Jan... I was just saying CHEEEEZE! (Note to self: this is not a good look for you! ) Also, the glare of the sun makes it appear that my shirt is one of those one bare shoulder type of shirts. Let me assure you that is just the sun... I would NEVER reveal that much skin!
So anyway, here we are: me, Kaitlyn, Jan and Hannah in the front. Oh, and that's our dog, Quimby over there behind us! By the way, how do you like our new lamppost? There is one on the OTHER side of the driveway too. Like I said, I have such a resourceful husband. He is amazing! Just another reason to love him! (There are SO many!!!!)
If you look closely at me in this picture... no that bulge on my tummy is NOT a new baby on the way... I just need to lose about 40 lbs. And sadly, it is official. I went to the doctor for blood work today to be sure and it was negative. Apparently, my body is just VERY off schedule for some unknown reason. I was really hoping to have a fun Mother's Day gift this year, but (*sigh*) maybe next month.
