I went back to my doctor yesterday. She decided to do another pregnancy test and a thyroid panel. This, by the way, is the third thyroid panel I have had done in just over one year. The thyroid panel was normal and the pg test was negative so we still don't know what is going on with my body.
I took a long nap yesterday afternoon (unusual for me) and fell asleep around 9PM for the evening. I feel better today, but still no cycle.
May. 15, 2007 - praying for you
I have been dealing with some health issues of my own, and I know how frustrating it can be to not know what's going on.
I'm saying some prayers of healing for you at this moment. Keep us posted.

I don't know anything about this personally, but a gal I know was saying that often what doctors say is "normal" for thyroid is far too broad a range. She always tells people to ask for a copy of the test results, and then to research the results themselves--from what she says they've defined "normal" to be pretty much anyone not in imminent danger--but some who aren't "critical" would benifit from thyroid supplements too.
I don't know, having never had my thyroid tested. I do know that on iron tests I always ask for the numbers. I have anemic symptoms if I am even just boarderline (and those symptoms go away if I bump up my iron intake). Often they will tell me it is normal if I've "squeaked in" under normal--but if it is BARELY normal, I need more iron...
Just a thought... might not apply. Praying you find out what is going on though.
