Hannah (my 6 year old) is a little encourager.
Today she wrote me this note:
Momy ILL take my time and wite a note to you and I will NoT have a proBlum You smeLL Like Roseses
and your hiarir is butuful and your hiair is petty butuful
I Love You With JoY
The part that really captured my heart was the WITH JOY part...
WITH JOY... do we love one another WITH JOY?
Really... I love...
sometimes with selfishness,
sometimes with obligation,
sometimes with contentment,
sometimes with resignation,
but I would love to wholeheartedly love
WITH JOY!
Embrace life today
and
LOVE
with JOY!

What an inspiring thought! I'm going to be mindful of loving WITH JOY this week!
Thank you! (And thank you, Hannah!)

This was an encouragment to me. We are entering into the phase when my children no longer adore me completely and often are reminded to be respectful and kind....ahhh the joy of loving with Joy!

How sweet! Also, how thought provoking. Do I love with Joy? I don't think so. I'll have to ponder and pray on that one.
I think you're little 6 year old and my little 6 year old would have fun together. She also delights in writing me sweet letters. She is one who I can actually say loves with joy. :)
