Hannah needed a little extra nourishment this morning!  So with her breakfast she had a green drink smoothie!

This one had:

1/2 c. rice milk

1/2 scoop of Designer Whey protein powder (vanilla)

1 scoop of Better Than Greens

1/4 c. yogurt (with live cultures)

1 scant tsp. of flaxseed ( I DON'T recomend this much for a small child usually, but she really needed it!)

2 or 3 Tbs. of crushed pineapple (any fruit will do, but this was readily available from an earlier recipe that I made for the children's lunch boxes!)

3 Tbs. Shaklee Performance (similar to Gatorade, but healthier... this one was orange flavor)

1 scant tsp. of Shaklee Optiflora Powder (and she took one Shaklee Optiflora pearl...  these are prebiotic and probiotic)

I whizzed it all up in our blender and She drank it all up!

In the meantime, I crushed herbs for Noah (who has an allergy-related cough right now...  he got 10 Shaklee Alfalfa Complex, 3 Tbs. of Performance and 2 or 3 Tbs. of live-culture yogurt...  I crushed the alfalfa in a coffee grinder that has never been used for coffee and mixed the powder with the other stuff!  He ate it with no problem at all.)

Here is Hannah's half finished green drink next to one of her leaves!  She LOVES autumn leaves.  I should take a photo of our front steps!  She has decorated EVERY step with leaves!

Here we are again as seen through the bottom of an empty glass!  That girl is just too creative for her own good!!!  LOL!  I didn't even know she had taken any photos of me until I uploaded the photos!

I hope to find more time to blog later, but it is time to get groceries!  We are running low around here!
