Can't believe I haven't blogged in over a week! I have been so busy!
Last weekend my mom was here for a visit and she the day she left (Monday) my husband's week of leave started! We had a busy, but fun week that ended with a mini vacation to Seattle! I need to catch up on posting photos so I will start with:
This lovely photo Kaitlyn took right out our front door. Our fall foliage is not as nice as it was when we lived in the northeast, but it is still beautiful!
Here's one of Hannah after a bath! Kaitlyn taught her the famous towel wrap! Daddy thinks we girls have a list of things we learn in "girl school"! This is one of them! LOL!
This one is a little dark, but I like the concentration on Noah's sweet face! He doesn't seem NINE to me. I have to remind myself to give him a little more big boy responsibility and such. He is such a little guy still.
Hannah's Field Trip (This was a few hours before my mom arrived)
"normal Hannie"............................"strange Hannie!" LOL!
Hannie's toothless grin.
One of Hannah's classmates took this photo of me!
Thankfully it was a warm day and not as muddy as it could have been. We saw lots of wonderful animals including llamas, goats, geese, ducks, chickens, etc.
Baa! Baa! Black sheep and a "really cool tractor!"
A horse chestnut tree and the chicken barn.
The duck pond where I fell and muddied my entire right leg!
Entering the corn maze.
I wasn't thrilled about the jack-o-lanterns and such, but such is life.
Hannah picked a pretty pumpkin! It makes a lovely decoration and we may even eat it! This is one pumpkin that will NOT become a jack-o-lantern!
Hannah and her two best friends!
Heading back to the bus!
Here is the pumpkin stem "GIFT" one of the little boys gave to me!
Glad I brought a backpack! That was a heavy pumpkin!
This is all for today. I will try to write more regularly this week! :)
