Kaitlyn's Flower Garden: She and Hannah share a room with a white picket fence and flowers painted on the walls. Kaitlyn has an aqua colored comforter on her bed!

Hannah's Patchwork: Hannah has a hot pink comforter and light pink and purple sheets and pillow case on her bed. This matches nicely!

Jordan's Map-Inspired Afghan. Jordan' room is a tribute to his love of maps. His walls are cream, sage and light blue to match the giant map mural on one wall and map border all around the top of the room.

Noah's Kingdom Afghan: Noah's room is painted to look like a castle. We sponge painted bricks all over the walls and I painted a knight and stained-glass windows and such. The windows have curtains that I appliqued "royal" crests on them. this letter "N" afghan matches well. And he loves that if he turns the afghan the other direction it makes a "Z"... because his middle name is Zachary.

Stackin' Up the Prayers!

I am not sure why I didn't take a picture of Ian's. I thought I did. Maybe it accidentally got deleted. YOu can spot it in the stack. It is similar to Jordan's but is tan and a variegated green... kind of camo colored to match his Jungle themed bedroom. Jordan's is a square, however, and Ian's is a rectangle.

I may have to get Butterfly a poncho, maybe for her b-day in Feb; I'll let you know. How much notice do you need?
I have thought about changing the song on my blog but I really love that version in particular...
The afghan you are "spying" (lol) is the same one. They share that one in the portacrib downstairs, & they share the other one upstairs for bed at night. They are both small enough yet to fit with plenty of room. They are beautiful, warm & SO cozy!

Wow! Those are really nice and I'm sure very special. Your children are very blessed to have a talented mom like you. You have been a busy mama.
Have you brought any of you dc home from ps? I would love to bring Brent home now. I can't believe Kindergarten is 7hours long. My dh says we need to wait the year out though.
I think a big part of it for him is not to draw attention to ourselves and in his eyes it's a discipline issue.
Blessings,
