The recipe that I used for the hotdog buns/sandwhich buns (and yes, I use the same recipe for hamburger buns) was from a wonderful little ebook by Crystal Paine called Simply Centsible Suppers. the recipe is on page 17 and is called 30 Minute Rolls. I use all whole grain flour and I DO use dough enhancer. It is quite easy and turns out well.
The Old Schoolhouse Store sells it for $4.97. It has lots of great easy and inexpensive recipes. I have altered some to be meet our nutritional needs, but use several of them quite frequently!
