This year I did Lego League. It was my first time. This year the challenge was called Power Puzzle. We had to make a model of something that uses power and we had to shown where the power comes from. We also had to make something move and use at least one simple machine. Our Model showed a television set. the television was connected to the wall of the house which went to the power lines and then to a coal plant where it was burned and the steam turned some large turbines to make energy. We made a conveyor belt that brought the coal into the building. We also had a train that brought the coal. Our conveyor belt used gears which is a simple machine. We used a motor to make the conveyor belt move. My team won a prize for the best motion. This was so much fun I can't wait to do it next year
