Jul. 7, 2008 - Q2008 at Idaho Part 1
This is part one of my trip to Idaho.
We got back from Idaho yesterday. It was so much fun! We did not quiz a lot but I met a girl named Rebecca from Washington. I also met her brother Robert. They are twins. They homeschool too. I played ultimate frisbee with them everyday. It was a lot of fun.
There was a game night Wednesday. I did the scavenger hunt with Rebecca, Robert and some other kids. It was so much fun! Our team won so our names were put in a drawing to win stuff. I won the IPOD! It is called a shuffle ipod. I thought all ipods could shuffle. I guess not. But it was fun.
There was a game night for the community Friday. The quizzers helped with the games. We were starting to play the bacon game when Caleb and Justin ran toward me. Justin ran past me but Caleb tackled me! Justin told Caleb they should, but he was kidding. Caleb thought he was serious. I tried to tackle him the next day but it did not work. And they knocked me over again. But I will see him again in November at the tri-state quiz.. He better watch his back!

Hey! Do you like my playlist? I have been wanting to get one for a while. I am sure I will add more songs soon. As you can see I like Carrie Underwood, Casting Crowns, Barlowgirl and Taylor Swift. I really like her song Teardrops on my Guitar, but she cusses in it so I didn't think I should put it on my playlist. Comment and tell me if you like it!

May. 17, 2008 - Quiz practice for Idaho!!!!
Today I had quiz practice with my coach for Idaho. I thought he would have me do memory, but he wants me to do according to questions! I wanted to do them this year but thought they were to hard. But I like them a lot! We were going to fly but Lima is taking a bus so if they have room we will ride with them. I wanted to fly but the bus will be cheaper. So that is all that happened today. But you never know what tomorrow will bring. Bye!

May. 12, 2008 - Quizzing at MVNU!!!!!!!!!
Hey everyone!!! We got back from MVNU quizzing Saturday night. We were really tired! So let me tell you how we did! Our local team placed 5th, Emily placed 34th, Rachel placed 23rd, Brittney placed 17th and I tied for 1st and had to do a quiz off but lost so I placed 2nd! Seth quizzed on his church's local team but I thought I would put his score and team score on here because he did really good for his first year. As a team they placed 5th and Seth placed 10th! We quizzed against 90 other quizzers in locals. On the first district team it was Me, Seth, Rachel, Brittney and Stephan. Emily was on the second district team. Our district team placed 4th. Rachel placed 26th, Brittney 21st, Seth 10th and Me 9th! Emily was 12th! And her team placed 6th. Since me and Seth are in the top ten we get to go to nationals in Idaho for the first week of July!!!! I can't wait! I am really amazed how Seth did because this is his first year of quizzing. The girls did good too. It was a really fun weekend! ( Except the part where Brittney got hit on the head and it is purple around her eye. But she is ok) It was all fun! But now I am going to raise money to go because we are flying. My Mom is going and Seth and his Mom are going. I will tell you more later because I am getting tired of typing. ttyl Bye!!

Apr. 8, 2008 - What a work out!
Hey! Today we did a lot of stuff! First we had to do school work. Then we went and mowed the lawn! I have never done that before. It is hard work! Our yard is a hill so our Mom had to help us some. We also had to hang laundry outside on the clothesline. The first time this year. I'm glad it is finally getting warm out again. Then after dinner the dogs ran off in the woods so we had to chase them. ( I will try to post a picture of them soon) They started to come back then the older one ( Tuesday, yes that is her name) tried to run off again but i caught her. We brought them back and Rachel said that she saw some white feathers. So we went to find them. It sounded like she knew exactly where they were at but she didnt. So we stayed out there and walked around some. It was fun. That is why I named this entry What a work out! Because we mowed, chased after dogs and walked around in the woods. I am sure we will sleep well tonight! ttyl!!!!!!

Apr. 6, 2008 - My funny and fun week.
Hello everyone! I am going to tell you about my week.
On Thursday me, Emily, Rachel and Sutton had to dissect a crayfish. It was kinda fun but it got kinda boring. So Sutton and her sis Torre spent the night with us! It was so much fun! First we made music videos to: Carrie Underwood, Get Out Of This Town, Zoe Girl: Reason To Live and Let It Out and Miley Cyrus: G.N.O.(Girls Night Out). Then we had the Bob and Lance Show! It was so funny! Sutton (Bob) had on a pink hair wig with a red baseball hat on backwards. Rachel (Lance) had a blue baseball hat on backwards. It was really funny! The only bad thing is that the next morning Torre got sick and had to go home. : ( But she still had fun.
Saturday we had quiz practice at South Charleston First Church. Blast Sports was going on the same day so some kids had to come in and out during practice. Well Abby, Emily, and Cory ( Girl Cory) went to McDonald's before they came and got happy meals. In the happy meals were princess headband crowns. So everyone wanted to wear them. ( They said the answers were in the crowns) So Josh and Cory (Male Cory) put them on their heads! Rachel got some really good pictures! Then Stephen got this baby toy ( we were in the nursery) on his head! It looked like a flower headband thing. It was fun. : )

Hey everyone! My name is Olivia. I am 14 the oldest triplet and I love teen bible quizzing! I have had this blog for a while and have not put anything on it. So this is my first entry. We had our last teen quiz Saturday. I was first, my friend Seth was 2nd, my sis Rachel was 3rd, my sis Britt was 5th and my last sis Emily was 7th. We will go to MVNU ( Mount Vernon Nazarene University) to quiz in May against teams from Ohio, East Kentucky and WV. I can't wait! It is going to be so much fun! We are quizzing on Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians and Philemon. Well that's all for now. I hope you like it. Bye!
