Too much earwaaaax
Hi everybody. Sorry I haven't been posting, didn't have much I wanted to openly share. Well anyhow, I'm back again with another blog entry.
Was able to finish school work earlier than usual yesterday and today, which is really... ( insert sigh of relief here ). Can't take any credit for that though. There's a Creator up there who gave us brains.
Been doing a lot of thinking lately, beginning to realize that I panic at little things I ought not to panic about. Or should I...? Anywho...
Our church has a sort of youth group now, which is another great thing.
Sorry I wasn't too descriptive. Feeling a bit low. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and support. And anyone who's been pray for me... Thanks. Means a lot.
Take care!

Stop. Still. Breeathe...
It's as if someone hid the city with a white blanket; the clouds were here again, giving the feel that Christmas was coming soon with its sweet carols and joyous celebration. Though the day was drawing nearer, it was still September. September... It was closer to Christmas day that August. Closer than January, February, March. But it was September, not yet Christmas day. There was still a bit of waiting to be done.
The leaves on the great horse chestnut tree outside, as long as a number of other things left out in the rain, were damp from the quick shower. It was cold, yes. Quiet, definitely. Lonely? Well... maybe just a bit. But when you think on it for while, there will be new sprouts and things to collect during Autumn. The green on most trees will change to oranges, reds, browns, and yellows, contrasting the bold greens of the evergreens. The days will feel cooler, the school bells will start ringing, children will chatter and, in the process, teach us older folk a thing or two... Funny how I referred to myself as an 'older folk' ... Yes, September had its benefits and beauties.
Looking forward to the new school year.

Hi, it's me, typing paragraphs as if I didn't have to start writing them once school started for me. Ahahahaha... Hm.
I finished reading a good book yesterday called The Measure of a Lady. It's a very nice book, but I think it was intended for older adult people... I bought it from a Christian bookstore outlet(I think that's what their called). I probably should have gotten that one book I saw in the teen's section... Yeah, probably should have. It's a good book, though! Just, too mature for me, haha. I might post a review, but knowing me, I might spoil the ending.
I hope you all enjoyed your summer!

Little Miss Grumpy
I suppose I shouldn't be venting too much here... I hope you'll forgive me.
'Perhaps I'm just too sensitive, or just not optimistic enough. Perhaps I need to just let go and have faith. Perhaps I should go some place quiet to calm down. Just calm down...' I have a tendency to get irritated with myself. I find myself getting angry to being angry, and crying because I gave in an began crying. I get infuriated when I can't do things the way I ought to. And then I realize how selfish I've been. I want so badly to forgive people, but the tiny paper cuts still sting. I thought I had forgiven them, but I'm still sad. I must have been doing it wrong...
Even if it's hard, I want to leave my sins behind. Even if it's painful, I do want to be white as snow.
But I feel so small.

Determined Blogger and How to Draw an Angry Young Man
Hi everyone! Thank you all for taking time to read my blog.
Determined Blogger
Today I'll be featuring my cousin, Katie, who also has a blog on this website. She makes these cute button rings made out of wire and, well, buttons. She made me a pink one! And it fits on my pinky, hahaha. She updates her blog regularly, and I hope you'll visit her blog ( her username is Domingo ). She posts interesting stories about her interests and the things she does on some days and sometimes posts stories that she wrote. I think a lot of the people who read my blog probably know her already, though, hahaha...
How to Draw an Angry Young Man
Mark Crilley is a very talented artist that I admire, and he usually posts tutorial videos that are very helpful. One video that he posted had a title that make me laugh, and I wanted to share it with you. 'How to Draw an Angry Young Man (Pt. 1)' is basically a tutorial on, well, drawing an angry young man. I think you ought to watch it instead of just reading what I have to say, hahaha. Here you go!

So, that's all I have to say for now. I think I still need a bit more getting used to blogging, haha. Thank you again, and please take care!

Thanks to everyone, and Updates!
A big 'Thank you!' to everyone who commented on my last entry! Thank you for being very kind in commenting, and also for taking time to take a look at the last blog entry.
Sorry that I haven't been updating recently. Actually, I wanted to talk about the Church Camp that I attended in the beginning of August. To sum it up, it was amazing! I got to see and spend so much time with my cousins, soaked my feet in beautiful( although cold ) crystal clear river water, ate sooo much, and probably gained some weight, haha! I made new friends, too, which is totally great. And God's protective hand proved mighty to save once again. Yeah, Church Camp was amazing.
Also, I'm thinking of making four panel comics, but that's all I'll say for now. That and, any Christian artists out there? Come out come out, please! Haha, it'd be cool to talk to you.

Crayons : probably my most favorite drawing stick
I really enjoy drawing, especially with crayon. I didn't realize just how attached I've gotten to the crayon until just a few minutes ago when I was getting started on a 'Thank You' card. Maybe it's the bright variety of colors or even the funny names they come up with for each color-- whatever it was, something drew me to that colorful bunch like a magnet. It's really reminiscent; I begin to feel like a kid again.
Any artists out there? I hope so! If you're reading my blog right now, whether you consider yourself an artist or not, I'd really like to hear what you have to say about art and drawing!
Thanks again for reading my blog, and a 'thank you' also to all those who are willing to comment!

Goood mornin'
Even though it's not really... Morning... But I like the sound of "Good Morning" better than "Good Evening." The latter makes me think of... Fancy banquets. Anywho! Hi, it's me again.
It's August first today! Time to start thinking about what I've been up to this whole summer. I think the most exciting and worthwhile investment I did this summer was helping out with Vacation Bible School. Not only was it a bunch of fun, but I learned a whole lot about God, life, and people. I'm really glad I was able to help out. Thanks, God! Thanks for the great opportunity. Vacation Bible School not only taught me, one of the 'too-old-to-sign-up-as-a-student' staff, but it also helped me see things more clearly. Before VBS, my mind was crowded with a lot of thoughts, most of which I just wanted to get out of my head. My thoughts drove me crazy for a while. But over time, I think that God was there helping me, even though sometimes I would feel otherwise. But, yeah. Uhm... Out of words at the moment, haha. Arrgh, I feel so at ease writing my blogs here, I always just type type type and I don't have much organization... Maybe that's a good thing? Hmmm... Haha, okay, I'll be off now.
Thank you for reading my blog! I very much appreciate it.

Boom boom, CRASH! Many updates!
We just had a thunderstorm last Saturday! Hahaha... I admit, I was a little uncomfortable. Er... VERY uncomfortable. I was glad that my friend stayed on the phone to talk with me until I finally had to hang up because I was staying up past my bedtime. Eventually, the stormed passed, and it was quiet enough to sleep... The next day during the part of the church service where everyone was sharing testimonies ( I think it was at that part ), one of the older church members looked at the storm in a wonderfully positive way, saying that the storm was very much needed since it had been so dry. I never thought about it that way. The thunder spooked me out too much. But, after hearing that, I was thankful for the storm, too. I was very blessed by Tito's ( Tito is like 'Uncle' in Tagalog; sometimes we address elders in this way, even though we are not related ) testimony.
My cousins are on a road trip! It sounds really exciting because they're traveling so far. I'm really hoping they're all having a really great time. Katie, one of said cousins, has a blog on this website and has been blogging about the trip. It's a little awkward for me to say, I guess, but I like to read about the things posted by herself and many other people that I know. In a way, you're learning about what's going on in their life even though they're far away. I think it's a nice way to keep in touch.
I need to be going now. Thank you all for reading my blog!

It's almost August
Wooow, summer just zipped past me... I really wanted to go to this big open market that's only open during the summer, buut I don't know when I'll be able to go. That's okay, though, I don't really need anything there. The last thing I need is more stuff... But the food there is yummy!
I'm not so sad that summer is nearly over, though, because I had the greatest week of this year(so far). I was given the honor of helping with our church's first(at least, I think it was our first) Vacation Bible School. I never thought that participating as an extra pair of arms would be so, corny as it may sound, inspiring. I made a new friend on the first day of VBS. We both helped in the same class, the Young Elementary class ( the youngest class, haha! They were all so cute~ ).
But, er... I'm getting hungry, haha. So I'll talk more about VBS a little later. Thanks for reading!

It's a comfy, comfy morning
Ever woken up and jumped out of bed just to collapse back into its tempting embrace? I find it hard to wake up when, in the morning, the bed is so comfy and snuggly and nice. But waking up early is really nice because that's when then house is the most quiet and peaceful. It's especially nice when you wake up early enough to watch the sun rise. Just curls your fingers around a warm cup of hot chocolate and welcome the brand new morning... Afterwords, it's time to shakey-shake away tiredness and get ready for the day.
It's 1:00 am here and I still have to wait a while before I can see the sun, but that's okay.
Hm... I can't think of anything else to write. Guess I'll end it here.
