L:  Biscuits and Gravy with Green Beans

D: Noodles, ham, corn, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes

Me:

B:oatmeal

L: Cheese vegies and chicken with cooked bell pepper & pc toast

D: Chicken Salad and pc. Toast

Saturday - 11/03/2006

B:cheese and raisens or oatmeal

L:Ham sandwiches,vegies

D;Soup, bread with melted cheese

Me

B:oatmeal

L:Tortilla with a bean, onion etc.. mix and some TLC crackers

D:Chicken and vegies

(can you tell I am not on the low GI thing) I was just too hungry. I am still trying not to be too bad with it

B:Mini Bagel and bananna

L:Veggies, meat with cheese on top

D:Noodles, ham,corn,cream cheese, sour cream mixed together

L:Leftover sub sandwich from Tuesday(Not GI diet friendly) and a few triscuits

D:Chicken and vegies in a cheese sauce(ricotta cheese)

Snacks for me are usually fruit

Tuesday - 10/31/2006

Well, yesterdays menu went out the window for the kids because we went to Mcdonalds for lunch. Today we will likely eat out AGAIN because we have to take a road trip. I hate eating out this much! I did eat my lunch yesterday so I saved a little money:)

Monday - 10/30/2006

Kids:

B:Oatmeal(our style)

L:Omelets, Vegies

D:Sweet Potatoes, vegies, beef

I will likely make some bread today as well

Me:

B:Steel Cut oats, oat bran, some nuts

L:Tofu sandwiches(the tofu is like the bread) with vegies inside, side of hot veggies

D:Chicken stuffed with spinach and onions. Another side Im not sure of!

Friday - 10/27/06

Breakfast: Oatmeal(a mix of oatmeal, farina, raisens, nuts)

Snack: Popcorn

Lunch: Noodles, beef, mixed veggies, cream cheese

Dinner: Spinach pockets 

I will have something different but not sure right now:0
