B:cheese and raisens or oatmeal

L:Ham sandwiches,vegies

D;Soup, bread with melted cheese

Me

B:oatmeal

L:Tortilla with a bean, onion etc.. mix and some TLC crackers

D:Chicken and vegies

(can you tell I am not on the low GI thing) I was just too hungry. I am still trying not to be too bad with it
