Well it is another weekend seminar by Cindy Rushton. Once again, I didn't think I needed this one BUT I was wrong! I've only attended one session so far but already I am challenged! And there is the rest of Friday filled with sessions and all day Saturday too! Wow, I'm looking for a great weekend.

Counting Down
The Holidays are over and I'm not quite ready to start a new count down yet. Maybe I should start a counting up the number of days I've stayed on my "diet".
