• Jul. 29, 2009 - Why Self-Discipline is important
|
Definition of self-discipline: Training and control of one’s own actions. Self-discipline is very important. Self-discipline is simply being able to control your actions. If you cannot control your actions and your words, you will find yourself in a lot of trouble. Many people say harmful things without even thinking first. Some people do not control what they eat and they become very unhealthy because they buy boxed, canned and microwavable food. There are many different versions of self-discipline. Some people do not control what they say when their angry and harm people with their words. Some do not control their curiosity when it is not good to find things out. Anyone CAN control his or her actions or words. It is a matter of if they want to. Harsh speech can harm many people very much. Self-discipline is very important no matter what others tell you.
