Ok, well I went to the store all ready to make the peach crisp, but since peaches are out of season now what I ended up doing is making a few variations and making apple crisp with tart baking apples. It is soooo good and the whole family loves it. I used more cinnamin in the sugar to pour over the apples, and did half brown sugar and half white sugar for the topping. I think I also used more cinnamin there as well and a little less on the oatmeal. I kind of just went my looks I guess and played around. I will definantly be making this again.
