| Fruit and yogurt coffee cake
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
11/2 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 c. yogurt
1 1/2 c. fruit (I used a can of blackberries drained)
Topping
1/2. c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Cream eggs and butter, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Mix in a
separate bowl dry ingredients, then add to eggs one cup at a time. Add
yogurt and fruit. Pour half of batter into greased 9 x 13 pan and then
top with half of cinnamon sugar mixture. Pour rest of batter on top and
finish with rest of cinnamon sugar. Bake at 325 for 35 min. I do not remember where I got this so I hope it does not infringe on someone that I am sharing it. It has been awhile since I made it, but it was excellent!
