Ingredients
1 cup of ice
1 cup of coffee/cappuccino flavored ice cream
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
sugar to taste
1 cup of milk
whipped cream for topping
Directions
Add all the ingredients into to blender, with the setting on "ice crush," then on "puree." |

Cappuccino Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- crushed ice
- 1 cup whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and serve.

| Irish Cream Mocha Coffee Mix
2 3/4 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups instant cocoa mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar -- sifted
1/2 cup Irish cream flavored coffee creamer
1/2 c. Baking Cocoa
Combine all ingredients and seal in vacuum seal bag. To make: add 1/3 cup of mix into a mug of hot coffee and serve.1/3 cup instant coffee

| French Vanilla Coffee Mix
1 cup instant dry milk powder
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
Measure ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake to combine. To Use: Mix 4 tablespoons in a large mug of hot water.

Vanilla Almond Coffee Mix
1 (1 ounce) bottle pure vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) bottle pure almond extract
1 pound ground coffee, regular or decaffeinated
Blend all together and make just like regular coffee. |

| Toffee Coffee Mix.
2/3 C. instant coffee
1 C. powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 C. nonfat dry milk
1/4 C. cocoa powder
1 C. brown sugar, packed
Mix thoroughly and put into a blender a couple cups at a time and blend to a fine powder. To use, add 2 rounded teaspoons per cup of boiling water. |
