Rueben Dip

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
1/4 lb. Corned Beef - from the deli (diced)
4 oz. can Sauerkraut
1 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese (shredded)

Directions
Combine cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, corned beef and 1 cup of the cheese. Spread mixture onto an 8" or 9" pie plate. Top with sauerkraut and, finally, the remaining cheese. Microwave for 4 minutes or until bubbly (cooking time may vary). Serve with crackers, bagel chips, tortilla chips or whatever crunchy dipper you prefer. Enjoy! Yum!

Macaroon Fruit Dip

  • 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups crumbled macaroons
  • Assorted fresh fruit
  • Small macaroon cookies

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, brown sugar and crumbled cookies. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight. Serve with fruit and macaroons. Yield: 3 cups.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts
1 12 oz bottle RED HOT sauce
1 12 oz bottle bleu cheese salad dressing (could sub RANCH)
1 16 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions
Boil chicken. Shred chicken up very well. In crockpot mix hot sauce, salad dressing, cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Add shredded chicken. Allow to cook for at least an hour. Serve with celery or crackers

Taco Bean Dip

Another recipe from Marie.

  • 1 (16 oz) can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 C reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 C bottled salsa
  • 1 C (4 ounces) preshredded reduced fat Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
  • Cilantro (optional-as a garnish)
    1. 1. Preheat oven to 375
    2. 2. Combine beans, spread in 8 ounce baking dish. Spread sour cream over beans. Top w/salsa and cheese. Cover and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with cilantro.
    3. 3. Serve with tortilla chips.

    Taco Dip

    Taco Dip

    1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream

    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

    1 package taco seasoning dip

    1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheese

    1 (8 ounce) can refried beans

    shredded lettuce, chopped olives, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together. Layer refried beans, then taco seasoning mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and olives, Serve with tortilla chips.

    Cheesy Sausage Dip

    Cheesy Sausage Dip

    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained

    2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese

    1 cup (8 ounces) shredded Velveeta cheese

    1 can Rotel Tomatoes

    Mix all ingredients together and heat on low in a crock pot until ready to serve with tortilla chips or fritos.
