Yes, that is a bookmark and I usually add a length of chain to the top with a tassell.  If you get this, leave a comment and I'll see what I can do about making contact in a private manner.   Also, if green is not your color of choice, I can do it in blue and white or lavender and white or all one color.  Let me know.
