Saurday Psalm & Praise - Come Thou Fount

For my SP&P today, I decided on a hymn that speaks to me. It is called, "Come Thou Fount." But I think my favourite SP&P for this week is Mom's - You should really go watch the video.

No problem about not doing e-mail… I shall just comment you then.

Our garden is not our best this year either, for some reason it just isn’t growing very well… rather slow, but at least we will have lots of green beans…lol…those always grow great.

On your dress, I’ll have to check on my fee price, for that… can’t remember it right now.
If you are looking for a pioneer style dress I have a really cute pattern I think you might like, (how many yards of fabric you do have by the way) The pattern is: McCall’s 4548 if you want to look it up. It is very cute, Rose has a gown off of that pattern, and hers is dark blue.

Ahh, I wish I was going to be in your area…that would be fun to stop by and say hello…and do a bit of sewing as you suggested. That would be so much fun if you could come over and sew! Or maybe take a sewing class…that would be fun! For the older girls (your age...Rose is in that class) we are offering an Heirloom sewing class, they will be making a nightgown and robe this year…using lots of old fashioned techniques and pretty cotton fabrics.

I know what you mean… I feel very blessed to have my cousins so close, that we get along so well.

Yes, I am sort of catching up on my sewing…lol… 3 sewing machines a year would be great! I’m afraid I’ll wear mine out soon… I use it everyday. (except for Sunday)

Great idea….hehhe… not sure what my ducks would think of their costumes, but they look just like the puddle ducks…maybe I could send pictures to you via e-mail? Oh, yes I love Beatrix Potter things… I always have, probably why I like ducks…even if they aren’t the smartest birds in the world.

Oh, I really love that hymn! We sing it at church sometimes and it is a great song! :) I really like the last part of it that says: "Let thy goodness, like a fetter, bind my wandering heart to thee." and also "Here's my heart, O take and seal it, seal it for thy courts above." :)
