Well, I did get a part. Teddy and Meghan got parts too. Teddy is a card, the 2 of hearts I think, and Meghan is Tweedle-Dee. I got one of the Alices. I'm the Tall Alice, and I have eighty lines to say. I was afraid to get Alice because I don't like singing in front of people. But I actually only have a couple of lines alone in the songs.Well, I'm just really glad that most of my friends got a part. They did have to make cuts, because there were only 60 parts and 104 kids. I feel really bad for everyone who didn't get a part. After the auditions I had to stay and practice to 9:00. I looked at my schedule and I am going to be practicing every day from 4:00 to 9:00. On Saturday there's a dress rehersal and two performances. It's really nice that I'm the Alice who meets the flowers and Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee. My friend Rachel is the head flower, a Rose, and as I already said, Meghan is Tweedle Dee. Over all, I'm really happy.

Lunchtime

Right now I am waiting for my mom to ask me to make lunch. I can't wait till we go to the auditions. I'm not so nervous as I was last year because I know what they'll want me to do. It was really fun doing the play last year. I hope they don't have to make cuts. Last year in the Little Mermaid they almost had to make cuts. This year Meghan, Teddy and me are doing it. Last year Meghan was a seahorse, Teddy was asisstent director, and I was a sea scout. Oh, Hunter is doing fine. I forgot to say that he was lethargic and not really eating, but he's doing better now. School started a little more than a month ago, but we've been on break since Mom can't really teach us when she needs to rest. I'm not in AWANA anymore, since I'm in 7th grade now. I like CROSS this year. PE is fun, but I think I might like art better. My class is working on animals in art, and I think it is really fun. Well, I can't think about anything more to write, but I'll post updates. I'll try to write later today, once I know what part I'm getting.

A  lot has been happening lately. Baby number 8 was born on September 23 at 8:41. His name is Hunter Louis Stumpf. Also Jacob (5) and Caleb (7) had their birthdays. We've been skating and we started school, AWANA, and CROSS. Monday are the auditions for Alice in Wonderland. Last year I was in The Little Mermaid. I'm really excited. I hope that all my friends get parts. A part for me would be nice too :). I want to go play games with my parents now, so I'll say bye for now.

God has blessed my family a lot in the past month. The biggest blessing is my new baby brother Hunter Louis Stumpf. Here are some pictures of him.

Everyone came to visit at the hospital

Brigitta loves her baby brother

Meghan loves holding him

Jakie's not the youngest boy anymore!

My family has also been blessed with a barn! We can finally get horses, motocycles, and rabbits. I don't have very many good pictures of the barn, but here's what I have.

Alright, I haven't posted in a while, so here is the latest news. In 4-H, Teddy got red on his Shooting Sports target and blue on his Photography poster. I got white on Shooting Sports, blue on Scrapbooking, and blue and honor group on Horsemen Without Horses. My favorite part of the fair week was either watching Horse and Pony events or watching the IJRA Finals. I'm excited that I might be able to go and watch the state finals in August. Right now the big event in my family is the trip to Holiday World on Thursday (which is also Teddy's 11th birthday). Well, nothing else is really going on, except the barn for our horses is going to be built in mid-August!!! That is so exciting! Well, I better stop before you get a headache. Bye for now.

Hi everyone, just a quick update before dinner. Horse camp was a blast, and so was swim lessons (I'll post more about those later), but right now our focus has been the 4-H Fair this Friday. I had my last project check-in last Friday, and Teddy's Photography judging was today. He got a blue ribbon, but he might get Honor Group. I need to go now.

Hi everybody, I am thrilled because Horse Camp 2008 is one week from today!! Last year it was loads of fun, and I'm sure this year will be the same. I hsve already bought all the things I will need for this year's riding; boots, breeches, gloves, and (most important!) a helmet. It's also exciting that I might be in a horse show this year. Well, before I talk more about the future, I will fill you in on the past. Let's see, well, I have been to the 4-H Shooting range and I love it, I am doing a magic trick as a 4-H demonstration on Sunday, and I can't think of anything more to share right now. Oh, a racoon has been eating our chickens, and we are going to get some more chicks soon. I think they are coming in about a week. The weather has been perfect for bike riding, and that's how I've been spending my free time. Also my parents got us a huge playset. And when I say huge, I mean HUGE. I'll  try to post some photos later. I can't think of anything else to say, so I will stop writing. Mabye I'll post some more stuff later.

Hello everybody, I'm back. Okay, so a lot has happened since a wrote last. Alright, so that was Wednesday. Thursday we stayed at home, and Friday we had an anatomy class and Bible study. Anatomy was really fun because ( I suggest all readers that do not appreciate blood stop reading this entry) we dissected a lamb's brain and a pig's lung and trachea. The brain was in the skull, so we had to break it out. It was so weird, the brain looked exactly like a brain in a cartoon, only it was small. Now I know why sheep are so dumb. The lung was really bloody because it hadn't been pickled. Okay, I hope you didn't read this before you ate. Anyway, I need to go get ready for bed, so I will sign off for now.

Praise Him

I recited this when I got up on the stage. We also recited Psalm 8. Sometime I should post a movie.

Praise Him

There is something in all creation

Something all around

There is something that is heard

In every little sound

God is lord of all creation

He reigns in majesty on high

I can feel it when I look

Up into the great blue sky

The wind is a worshiper

Every blade of grass bows down

The trees toss their wild heads

And make a joyful sound

The heavens make a better ceiling

Than a cathedral ever could

And to me the best church of all

Is in a cool green wood

Everyone has their own way

Creation worships too

But the reason for it all

Is to praise the Lord who made you
