And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. Galatians 6:9

Dec. 11, 2007 - Snowflake decorations

Posted in Christmas

These are some snowflakes I crocheted several years ago.  I have them hanging on our front window with some little suction cups.

Dec. 10, 2007 - Orange Peel Decorations

Posted in Christmas

Here is an easy decoration that Breezy made for our tree.  After eating an orange she took the peeling and laid it out to dry.  After a day or so she cut various shapes out with scissors and then let them dry for a couple more days, flattening them occasionally.

They add a nice homey effect to our Christmas tree.

Dec. 9, 2007 - Christmas centerpiece

Posted in Christmas

This adds such an elegance to the table.  Fill a pretty glass bowl with water and cranberries and then place 3 floating candles in amongst the cranberries.  It is really that simple and it is so pretty.
