Apr. 9, 2007 - Nice...
Today, I got to church in time to see the early morning production of the easter play. Afterwards, I went to the Outreach office where me and some other guys and girls were supposed to meet up to hide eggs for the kids. Only two other people showed up. Plus two volenteers. Since it was soaking wet outside, Me and one of my friends were sent to help with the kids off the bus. I ran the soundboard while he worked with the kids. They just got a new soundboard and speakers in there, so I got to be the first one to test them out. They got a 1,000 watt amp(upgrade from a 100 watt) and some 12" speakers(upgrade from horrid 10"s). So I just played music for them, and adjusted levels like I normally do on Sunday nights for the kid's service.. WOW! Were as we could barely hear sound at all, and horrid at that, my mom could hear it crystal clear outside!
She said "No wonder it was so loud!". whatever that means Just for helping me and my friend each got a one poiund peice of chocolate! hehe. Anyway, We had pizza for supper. Now I'm going to see if I can sneak in some guitar practice. Later!
