Proverbs 31

Mar. 8, 2007 - Party Post

Well, I will introduce myself for those of you partying out there.  I just turned 30, the wife to an incredible man, and mother to five beautiful children, 8,4,3,1, and 3 months.  Thus, the reason I have not blogged since February.  I am also currently trying to spring clean my home but began in January so that I may actually finish by April.  I am almost there well half way there.  Hubby just giggles at me and says the house is fine but the clutter was getting to me.  I love to read, a few favorites are Janette Oke, Beverly Lewis and Al and Joanna Lacy.  I just read a series by Francine Rivers that was awesome.  I also have been reading some of Elizabeth George's books, she is truly a purpose driven wife.  Of course I am reading the best book ever, the Bible, and I always find something new in the pages.  I hope to begin blogging again on a regular basis now that the littlest one is getting schedules.  Hope to meet you all soon.

Jess

Welcome to the party, you've got a right to have been quiet in blogland with a 3 month old. I'm just getting into the spring clean mode, it's still very much winter here.

p.s. My daughter loves Gigi!! I love Sheila Walsh, grew up listening to her sing.

Francine Rivers is one of my favorites too! Did you read the Mark of the Lion Trilogy?
I love Elizabeth George, though I'm not sure I would call her purpose-driven, I'm not a big Rick Warren fan.
Great party!
Blessings,
Angel

I am moving my blog. I will be using Blogger soon, so that others can leave comments. You know I have been traveling the blog scene a lot. I had been wondering why I was getting so few comments. I think you have solved my ponder. I will make sure to link to you from my new spot when it is running. I love meeting people who love Jesus, who love to read, who homeschool their children, and whose name is Jess.

Hey Jess,

Thanks so much for donating the DVD! I'm so excited to win! I hadn't made it to your blog yet through the list, but I'm glad to have found it :) It's nice to meet you -- and 4 girls? I'm dealing with one who's 7 and she knew everything when she was 4!
