<title>Did you remember?</title>
<description>Hey everybody! Just a reminder; to&amp;nbsp;mail those red envelopes today!!!!!! March 31st!!!!!!!
Y'all remembered right?
If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's the info.
What:
Get red envelopes or postcards (http://www.zazzle.com/red_envelope_day_postcard-239994060870346187) and mail them on March 31st to the White House

When:
March 31st, 2009

Get a red envelope. You can buy them at Kinkos, or at party supply stores. On the front, address it to

President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington , D.C. 20500

On the back, write the following message.

This envelope represents one child who died because of an abortion.
It is empty because the life that was taken is now unable to be a part of our world.

We will mail the envelopes out March 31st, 2009.

Put it in the mail, and send it. Then forward this event to every one of your friends who you think would send one too. I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died [in the U.S.] before having a chance to live.

It may seem that those who believe abortion is wrong are in a minority. It may seem like we have no voice and it's shameful to even bring it up. Let us show our President and the world that the voices of those of us who do not believe abortion is acceptable are not silent and must be heard.

Together we can change the heart of The President and save the lives of millions of children.

The event wall is not for discussion regarding the abortion issue. If you don't agree with this event or what it stands for please do not attend.

Wall posts may be deleted for any reason.

Thank you.

Barack Obama spoke at a Planned Parenthood Action Fund event, uttering the now infamous line, &quot;Well, the first thing I'd do as president is, is sign the Freedom of Choice Act. [Applause.] That's the first thing that I'd do.&quot;

An empty red envelope will send a message to President Barack Obama that there is moral outrage in this country over this issue [The Freedom of Choice Act, which will essentially &amp;ldquo;undo&amp;rdquo; every law currently in place to limit abortion in the U.S. (i.e., parental consent laws, parental notification, waiting periods, prohibition of transporting a minor girl across state lines to obtain an abortion, etc.)]. It will be quiet, but clear.

<title>Farm Day!</title>
<description>Hey everyone!
Guess what I got to do today?!! Well, actually I have to kind of&amp;nbsp;start from the beginning so&quot; what I go to do&quot; and the details will come at the end.
&amp;nbsp;
It all started at church...see, our church has a pre-school they run...at church...called CLC [Christian Learning Center]. And every now-and-then they have fun things they do for the kids. One of them is a farm day. Today me and some of my homeschooled friends got to help as volunteers and it was extremely fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (extremeley fun....does that sound weird?)&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
That was the story and &quot;what I got to do&quot;, now for the details.

&quot;Fry's Farm&quot; brought; around 10 albino bunnies, 3 or 4 brown bunnies, I don't know how many ducks and geese...probably about 7 in all, 5 or 6 chickens, 4 kids/goats (I think they are all kids, but I'm not sure), 3 (or was it 4...)pigs, a mini. donkey, a mini. horse, a calf, a.....Hey! Lookie there, I think that's all!
WHEW! Quite a few huh!? It didn't seem like that much in the pen though.
So what we did was;
we got there, we helped lay out the tarp, then set up the pen, then spread out a hay bale, then&amp;nbsp;assisted in&amp;nbsp;unloading the animals (the ones we were aloud to and supposed to that is), and that was it for setting up.
Then for the rest of the day we just helped the little kids pet and hold the animals...whithout&amp;nbsp;strangling them. ;]
Well, that's pretty much it, except for a few details like earning pizza and&amp;nbsp;the REALLY nice director getting us $10 gift cards!!....oh, and having to come home and do school..........&amp;nbsp;But it was worth it!
&amp;nbsp;
Ok, THAT was pretty much it. Now I'll stop

Jesus loves you!! --Micah
&amp;nbsp;
P.S. DON'T forget to mail those red envelopes!
&amp;nbsp;

<title>Red envelope invitation!</title>
<description>I have an important message!!!!!!!!!!! Some of you may already know about this, but I'm posting it anyway for an important cause!

I am posting this, because I thought perhaps you would like to participate in Red Envelope Day, on March 31, 2009.

Get a red envelope. You can buy them at Kinkos, or at party supply stores.
On the front, address it to:

President Barack Obama

The White House

On the back, write the following message.

We will mail the envelopes out March 31st, 2009.

Put it in the mail, and send it. Then forward this event to every one of your friends who you think would send one too. I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died [in the U.S. ] before having a chance to live.

etc.)]. It is a quiet, but clear message of protest.

I'm getting my red envelopes ready. How
about you?

<title>2 cool things</title>
<description>I got this off of&amp;nbsp;thegirlizzie's blog;
&amp;nbsp;

Why do we sleep in church, but stay awake during a 2 hour movie?

Why is it so hard to talk about God, but so easy to gossip?

Why is it so easy to ignore a godly facebook or wallpost, yet we repost the rude ones?

Why are churches&amp;nbsp;getting smaller, but bars and clubs growing larger?

Think about it. Are you going to repost this? Are you going to ignore it because you think you'll get laughed at? Would you have read this if it was titled &quot;Read this in God's name&quot;? 80% of you won't repost this.

Sad huh? I personally don't have a problem with more then at least 2 of those (not to brag, I'm just saying), but I'm sure thousands of people do.

This was on the same post that I copied that (^^^^) off of;

One day a 6 year old boy was sitting in a classroom. The teacher was going to explain evoulution to the childeren. The teacher asked the boy:

TEACHER: Tommy, do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
TEACHER: Do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
TEACHER: Go outside and look up and see if you can see the sky.
TOMMY: Okay. (he returned a few minutes later)&amp;nbsp;Yes, I saw the sky.
TEACHER: Did you see God?
TOMMY: No.
TEACHER: That's my point. We can't see God because he isn't there. He just doesn't exist.

A little girl spoke up and wanted to ask the boy some questions.

The teacher agreed and the little girl asked the boy:

LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the tree outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the grass outside?
TOMMY: Yes.
LITTLE GIRL: Did you see the sky?
TOMMY: Yessssss!
LITTLE GIRL: Tommy, do you see the teacher?
TOMMY: Yes.
LITTLE GIRL: Do you see her brain?
TOMMY: No.
LITTLE GIRL: It's because she doesn't have one.

Isn't that hilarious! It's&amp;nbsp;a good point&amp;nbsp;too! I'd read that before I just never posted it, and I thought I would since it was in the same post by thegirlizzie that I copied.

Just thought I'd share that so...............
Jesus loves you all! --Micah
