As the title suggests this book takes it’s reader on a journey starting with focusing on a theme and than laying the train track.  All the exercises in the book are simple and draw you into completing your own story. Classes will be held on Thursdays at 2 pm with class lasting 50 minutes. At present, there is a class already established for older girls and boys. There is a possibility of adding a class for younger siblings, pre-k through Kindergarten, if there is enough interest. These classes are recreational and can be a great way to have your child/children participate in P.E. once a week. The classes promote strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
