<title>It’s Time…</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;hellip;for another blog post. Well, we&amp;rsquo;re back from NJ. As you probably know, my Aunt Dawn was murdered. We rushed down the night we got the news, and drove all through the night. We got to my Grandma&amp;rsquo;s around 8 AM. Everyone was going crazy. Over the ten days we were there, we had to live through an arraignment, wake, and funeral. Here are some memories I have of my Aunt Dawn:
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There are so many memories of my wonderful Aunt Dawn that they would take pages to record. However, not having much time, I just want to share some of the most cherished.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First of all, I would like to thank her for giving me four wonderful cousins. They are a, well, indescribable crew, but I love them. Life would be missing many wonderful and hilarious memories if it weren&amp;rsquo;t for them.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Aunt Dawn has always gone beyond the limit for us, like coming over to say goodbye before we left to go back home to Vermont. That is the last time I saw her. She also visited us whenever she could.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Shortly after moving to Vermont, I was about to turn seven. She and the whole crew came up for it. That was a day I&amp;rsquo;ll never forget. My cousins, my younger brothers and I donned rollerblades and had a ball in the basement. What a night! She also never missed a birthday card, and that&amp;rsquo;s not an easy accomplishment in my house!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This past year, while at Virginia Beach with us, she wanted to hear some of the music she had brought with her, but didn&amp;rsquo;t have a CD player or stereo. So, she borrowed my boom box. I&amp;rsquo;m glad to have been able to assist her, even though it almost broke because of the sand in it!
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One thing that was ironic about Aunt Dawn was her hair. I&amp;rsquo;ve seen her with only one style, and pictures of her with only 2 other main ones!&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Well, I know Aunt Dawn has gone to better place. I hope that some may be enlightened with this last memory, the memory of her smile.
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The most wonderful memory Aunt Dawn left me with was her smile. That wonderful, beautiful, and heart-warming smile. You&amp;rsquo;d crack a joke and you&amp;rsquo;d be rewarded by a bright smile or a lovely laugh. That is my most wonderful memory of my Aunt Dawn. I love you Aunt Dawn.
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Well, there you go. I&amp;rsquo;ll post more soon.

(P.S. I now have a IM (Aim, Yahoo!, and MSN). If you want it e-mail me)

<title>What's It's Like Being the Oldest of Six, and Some Jokes</title>
<description>Being the oldest of six kids is no easy job. Sure, it has its paybacks, like being the one with the most freedom, but in other cases, it's just not fair. Now, don't think I'm complaining, I'm just sharing several funny cases of unfairness towards the oldest.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
Case 1:
I received my first knife at 9 years old. Not only did&amp;nbsp;I have to practically&amp;nbsp;BEG to get it, but then my Dad&amp;nbsp;(years later) gave a knife to my brother when he was&amp;nbsp;5!
&amp;nbsp;
Case 2:
I am always having to convince my parents that &quot;this video game is OK,&quot; 'cause they don't enjoy us playing all these violent games. Well, I have to do all the work, and then they can play it, while no skin was off their back from the &quot;debate.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;
Case 3:
You always get served your ice-cream last (unless we do &quot;quietest gets theirs first after laddies&quot; :-)
&amp;nbsp;
OK, enough with the complaints. Now for some good cases of when it actually pays off to be the oldest. The first three are rebuttals of the above cases.&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
Case 1:
You're STILL the first one to get a knife.
&amp;nbsp;
Case 2:
You're the first one to play it.
&amp;nbsp;
Case 3:
You probably are the quietest&amp;nbsp;there, and only lose&amp;nbsp;'cause the judge (a bro) has bad taste :-p
&amp;nbsp;
Case&amp;nbsp;4:
You get to go places with friends, and like I said&amp;nbsp;above, you have more freedom (and some authority). &amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
And now some jokes...
Mahammand Ali, a heavyweight wrestler was on an airplane. A stewardess came up to him and said:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;Please buckle your seat belt.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He replied: &quot;Superman don't need no seat belt.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The Quick-witted stewardess replied: &quot;Superman don't need no airplane.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;
One there was a baby born, and his parents named him Odd. He was always getting picked on at school 'cause of it, so when he married, he told his wife not to put his&amp;nbsp;name on his grave. Upon dieing, she complied with his wishes. And whenever anyone passing by saw that there was no name, they would say:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;That's odd.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;
OK, one more...
A robber was in a house, robbing ('cause that's what they do). It's dark. Suddenly, out of nowhere, he hears:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;I see you and Jesus sees you to.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He snapped on&amp;nbsp;his flashlight, and looks all around, but can't find the speaker. He hears it again:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;I see you and Jesus sees you to.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He shines the flashlight in the direction of the voice, and spies a parrot. The parrot says it one more time:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;I see you and Jesus sees you to.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The robber draws an gun (maybe his concise it pricking him :-), and prepares to kill the bird, when his flashlight falls on a rottweiler sitting under the cage. The parrot says:
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &quot;Sick 'em Jesus.&quot;&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;

<title>Medal of Honor</title>
<description>EA (Electronic Arts) Games, the wonderful developer that created the revolutionary series of Medal of Honor games, has done a good job so far of sticking to bloodless games in this series. Not only did they produce virtually the first bloodless FPS (First Person Shooter) game, “MOH: Allied Assault,” they have stuck to this bloodless setting even now, while almost all the FPS games are now corrupted with not only sickening amounts of blood and gore, they have now begun to add adult content to this genre. While newer MOH contain some mild language, they have still stuck to bloodless masterpieces in this wonderful series of games. Good luck, EA Games.

<title>Big Mistake Jon Carry</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;
The photo is soldiers in Iraq holding a sign after John Kerry said this to a bunch of college students:
&amp;nbsp;
&quot;You know education, if you make the most of it, and you study hard, and you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. If you don't, you get stuck in Iraq.&quot;
&amp;nbsp;
You've probably seen the pic, but I just saw it on my Mom's blog... and she got it from here. The story is also here.
