<title>Will You Eat Chicken From China?</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;
Reclaim America.
&amp;nbsp;
In a January 27th report by Lou Dobbs of CNN:
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;&quot;And the U.S. Agriculture Department now wants to import poultry that's been processed in China. That's despite the fact that thousands of Chinese birds have died from bird flu. Critics say this plan would raise safety concerns. &quot;
&amp;nbsp;
Here's the link to the transcript - it's&amp;nbsp;about 1/2 way down and in &quot;this evening's headlines&quot;:
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0601/27/ldt.01.html
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
Where did the bird flu first originate?
Hmmmm……..let me think.&amp;nbsp; Oh, yeah, um, wasn’t it China?
&amp;nbsp;
But the USDA wants to PROTECT Americans against Mad Cow Disease, West Nile virus and the ever eminent bird flu pandemic by having their National Animal Identification System mandated in all 50 states to track all livestock.
&amp;nbsp;
A pandemic is eminent all right, because our government wants to spoon feed it to us by importing the very origin and source of this virus to every American kitchen table.
&amp;nbsp;
Are you screaming yet?
&amp;nbsp;
RECLAIM AMERICA!

<title>How to Defeat NAIS</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;
The USDA is attempting to strip American citizens of their freedom from government tyranny.&amp;nbsp; It's that simple.&amp;nbsp; For more information on NAIS (National Animal Identification System), go to&amp;nbsp;http://www.NoNAIS.org and read for yourself.
&amp;nbsp;
Especially read through the documents that are linked on the left top margin.&amp;nbsp; One document in particular, &quot;The Timeline&quot;, will show you the steps that have already been taken and where the situation stands revealing that time is of the essence.
&amp;nbsp;
Americans in all 50 states need to be heard and need to take a stand to reclaim America.

<title>What If?</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;
What if you are an&amp;nbsp;American citizen?
&amp;nbsp;
What if you are just any&amp;nbsp;American citizen wanting to live independently and responsibly raising and growing food for your family?
&amp;nbsp;
What if you own, say, a flock of 12 chickens?
&amp;nbsp;
What if the government mandated you report to them about your chickens?
&amp;nbsp;
What if you had to tell them:
&amp;nbsp;

Your name, your address, your Global Positioning System Coordinate as well as the latitude and longitude for your address?

How many chickens you own, where and how you acquired them and your purpose for owning them?

How they are housed?

How they are managed?

What kind of feed and where acquired?

How many eggs each chicken lays?

How many eggs you collect each day?

How many eggs you actually consume each day/month?

How many eggs you give away?

Do you ever buy eggs from other sources other than your own chickens?

How many eggs you sell?

Who you sell your eggs to?

How does anyone know you have eggs to sell?

How much you sell your eggs for?

Total revenues collected for any eggs sold per week/month?

How and where you store your eggs?

How many, if any, eggs you throw away?

How and where you dispose of eggs you throw away?

If one or any of your chickens get out of their coop?

If one or more of your chickens leave your property?

If one or more of your chickens become sick?

If you medicate them?

Where you acquired medications used?

If one or more of your chickens die?

If one or more of your chickens disappear?

If one of more of your chickens are killed?

If you slaughter any of your chickens?

Method(s) you used for slaughtering any chickens?

Where you slaughter your chickens?

If you plan to consume any of the chickens you slaughtered?

If any of your chickens hatch chicks?

If you incubate and hatch chicks on your own? (the questions begin over for the new chicks as with the original flock)
&amp;nbsp;
What If?
&amp;nbsp;
Whether you own one pig or 100, under NAIS, you would be required to do the same reporting.
&amp;nbsp;
Whether you own one horse, one goat, one sheep or 2,000 head of cattle and have a contract with Hormel, under the proposed NAIS mandates, you would be required to do the same reporting to the government.
&amp;nbsp;
What If?
&amp;nbsp;
What if it doesn’t end with livestock?
&amp;nbsp;
What if the government decides they need to know about your garden?&amp;nbsp; Where it’s located, its size, the vegetables and fruits grown, consumed, given away, sold, fertilizers and pesticides used………..?
&amp;nbsp;
What If?
&amp;nbsp;
What if American citizens wake up and contact their State legislators, their State’s Governor, their State’s Department of Agriculture, their Congressmen and their Senators and demanded that our Constitutional rights be upheld and to stop the NAIS in its tracks.
&amp;nbsp;
What If?

<title>Why Did the Chicken Cross the Road?</title>
<description>&amp;nbsp;
Why did the chicken cross the road?
&amp;nbsp;
So its owner would have to file a report to the government and tell them why.
&amp;nbsp;
Under the USDA’s proposed mandatory NAIS program any American owning an animal other than a cat or a dog (livestock type animal)&amp;nbsp;would have to do&amp;nbsp;that very thing.
&amp;nbsp;
What’s NAIS, you ask?
&amp;nbsp;
It’s the National Animal Identification System – better known as the government’s attempts to GPS the animals owned by American citizens.
&amp;nbsp;
If you own one itty bitty pony or a herd of horses – they will need to know about it.
&amp;nbsp;
If you own one chicken or one goat or an entire herd of cattle – they will need to know about it.&amp;nbsp; Not only do they want to know about &quot;it&quot; or &quot;them&quot;, but they want to see them on the satellite at that little space station in the sky we’ve all been paying for with our tax dollars.
&amp;nbsp;
They want the animal(s) paired with your name, your address and your Global Positioning System coordinate. The animal(s) will be given an I.D. number and a GPS chip – may as well be a suppository.
&amp;nbsp;
Honey, the U.S. Government can’t keep track of illegal aliens spilling over the borders of this country or flying in by airplane in every major airport across this Nation, pageant smiling with their false I.D.’s, but they want to GPS our livestock?
&amp;nbsp;
I’ve got their suppository.
&amp;nbsp;
If you are a horseback rider and go on trail rides, you will be required, under this program, to file a report with the government to notify them of such an event and the whereabouts of your horse until he returns to his happy little stall. This way, the government can “beam up” Trigger on the ol’ GPS satellite and check on him.
&amp;nbsp;
If your little Billy Goat Gruff leaves your yard and finds his way into Mr. McGregor’s garden, you have to file a report.&amp;nbsp; If Mr. McGregor shoots Billy Goat Gruff for sabotaging his garden; you have to file two reports.
&amp;nbsp;
If a coyote should get in your chicken house, like we experienced New Year’s Eve, and there are losses to your chicken flock, you have to file a report on each dead bird. We have some chickens that we have no idea what happened to during the New Year’s Eve massacre?&amp;nbsp; Guess I’d have to go knock on the den of our local coyote pack, huh?
&amp;nbsp;
Well, I hate to tell y’all, but they (the government) are in major full speed ahead to do so and to begin this summer, July 2006! Their plans are to have this complete mandatory animal tracking program in place along with “enforcement” by January 2009.
&amp;nbsp;
Wooooooh, enforcement - whatever that is.&amp;nbsp; Probably the local authorities will begin the process of&amp;nbsp;imposing eminent domain policies on your home and property if you don't comply.
&amp;nbsp;
HERE is a greater detail and better explanation of the proposed program.
&amp;nbsp;
Why on earth would the U.S. Government want to take away more of our civil liberties and freedoms you ask? Why, because they are worried for our best interests in the event of a pandemic outbreak.
&amp;nbsp;
Outbreak of what?
&amp;nbsp;
Why, Mad Cow Disease, Bird Flu and West Nile virus, of course! Not to mention any others that may just decide to, well, break out.
&amp;nbsp;
Convenient, huh?
&amp;nbsp;
Is it just me or does anyone else question the timing of these sudden new viruses and diseases along with the sudden reappearance of old ones?
&amp;nbsp;
Coincidence?
&amp;nbsp;
What do you think?
&amp;nbsp;
Meanwhile, are Americans just going to sit back and allow more and more of our freedoms to be snatched away like in the eminent domain issues and now the proposed NAIS?
&amp;nbsp;
Or by some miracle will the ants in the anthill pick up their heads&amp;nbsp;long enough to breathe some real oxygen and wake up?
&amp;nbsp;
One can only hope.
&amp;nbsp;
Research this for yourself and be sure to contact your State and Federal legislators as soon as possible to tell them where you stand on your freedoms – or at least what freedoms we still have.&amp;nbsp; Vigilance on our part is the only thing I'm reading as mandatory.
&amp;nbsp;
