do NOT let your kids/brothers/sisters put thing in there mouthes only food!!!!

my side:

a few weeks ago me and my sister Beth was making peanut butter cookies, and Anne came up and said emergency, quick! (Ben was eating in the kitchen Eric was reading in the living room Rase, Jay, and abby was waching beth and me and i don't know who else was in the living room reading) ben and eric came rushing down. (i did not know what was going on) i had thought a bad guy came in because before that hapened the dog barked. me, Beth, Rase, Jay, and Abby came into the dining room so we won't get in the way (it hapened downstairs/basement and me, Beth, Rase, Jay, Abby, Ben, and Eric were upstairs)

mom's side:

mom was sitting at her computer and Elle was standing on a chair next to her, and elle was putting objects in and out of mom's desk drawer, and Elle found a sewing pin with a yellow head. mom looked over and said no not for Elle. and as quick as a wink, Elle popped it in her mouth and right away the started choking. mom did the hymlic manouver for babies. but Elle kept choking on the pin. mom told Anne to come over and try to get it out. but Anne can not get it out, so Anne ran upstairs and yelled emergency, quick! Ben and Eric came rushing down. mom told ben to call 911 so Ben did then mom decided that she can get there quicker than the ambulance. so then they just decided to meet up at the lockwood fire department then right before they came to the fire department Elle did a big "GULP" then she swallowed it. then she calmed down. the ambulance took mom, Ben, and Elle to the hospital and they were asking are you sure she swallowed it? are you sure its in there? mom said yep its in there. then they did an x-ray and the doctor came back and said yep its in there. and mom said yeah, then they said just wach her stools ane see if she poops it out. then mom took her home and she got a toy bear, a pooh sticker, and some hospital braslets that was on her ankle and said her name on it.

to make you laugh

these are VERY funny! (these are from when they were little)

Ben was about Abby's age and at lunch he said, "I just ate my broccoli and it went down my throat". Grandma asked, "then where did it go"? He said, "It went down in my heart and then Jesus ate it".

Twins, Emily and Katie(4)
Anne (13) was fixing sandwiches for the twins (4) when she asked
them if they wanted a half or whole sandwich.
Katie said she wanted a whole. Emily said, "I want lots of halves."

Bethy (3)
Someone at church gave Bethy a drink of water. She told her mother later,
"I didn't like that water very much. It was too wet."

Ben (4 1/2)
He held his hand out and asked, "Is this my right hand?" mom said, "yes".
He asked, "Is this my right foot?" mom said it was.
He ran out to play. A little while later, Joe (3 1/2) ran in from playing
and held up his hand and asked mom, "Is this my wrong hand?

Eric (1 1/2)
mom pointed out the different vegetables she had growing in the garden.
He told her she should plant meat.

Eric (2 1/2)
(You have to understand, Eric is a very compliant child)
Eric was supposed to be cleaning something up with the other boys
and he wasn't doing his part. mom asked him if a spanking would help him do it. he replied, "Uh..uh..uh..uh..NO!" mom asked, "What would help?" He answered, "Pop!"

}

Anne (5)
She was telling Gramma all about TillTill, her mother's cat, and how old
she was - she was so old, she was turning brown. She looked up at me
and said, "Gramma, you're turning brown, too!."

dad and mom took the 4 kids on a trip to Sacramento, CA.
It was their first experience of seeing palm trees. They said, "Look! Giant pineapples!"

thats all for now.
