<title>Geocaching!</title>
<description>I have started Geocaching&amp;trade;. At this time there are 681,834 active geocaches around the world!
Yes, around the world! In the last 7 days, there have been 443,538new finds by users.
&amp;nbsp;Geocaching (pronounced geo-cashing) is a worldwide game of hiding and seeking treasure. A geocacher can place a geocache in the world, pinpoint its location using GPS technology and then share the geocache's existence and location online. Anyone with a GPS unit can then try to locate the geocache.
&amp;nbsp;
You can learn more about it and register for a free account&amp;nbsp;here.

&amp;nbsp;Learn How to Find a Geocache

If you're headed out on the trail, pack any needed supplies such as water, food and extra clothing. Bring both a map and a compass. Check geocache terrain and difficulty ratings.
For safety, let someone know where you are going.
Do not forget your GPS unit and extra batteries.

Bring friends and family with you; sharing the experience can be very rewarding. Pets are usually welcome, too!

Remember that distances can be deceiving. A geocache can take longer to find depending on trails, rivers and other obstacles.

What I like about it.

You get to exchange items with something else in the cache.
You can organize events for other geocachers.
It is free!(unless you want to have prenium membership.)

Here's some pictures of us doing geocaching:

<title>My First Show and Tell: Geotrax</title>
<description>Mary is hosting Show and Tell today in spite of coming down with the flu!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Please pray for her and her family to make a full and quick recovery.
And check out her blog to see other great Show and Tell posts.
.
My first Show &amp;amp; Tell!

This picture is of Joy and my Geotrax&amp;nbsp;system. One of my favorite things is Geotrax.&amp;nbsp;I like this configuration because it runs through our toy castle &amp;amp; has two tracks, express &amp;amp; freight.
