God bless ~Kameron http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/chimpzrool/295323/ Tue, 6 Mar 2007 09:12:00 -0600 http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/chimpzrool/295323/ ok, so i finaly decided i would update my blog. ok, i am not going to make it to Italy and France, God had his ways of saying that it was not my time to go on this trip, but he did not say that he doesn't want me to go there, i still believe that i am supposed to go to France, just not this year. Global expeditions got me on track of where God wants me to go. We will see what happens in a year or two.   But any way, about a month ago i tried out for a play at a local theater called the Old opera house.  And i got in the play, my role is a 15 YO catholic boy living in the 50's, and the basic story line is that my little brother, Rudy decideds he doesn''t want to be Catholic, so long story short, Rudy sends the Family into turmoil.   This weekend i am going to be going to winter camp with my youth group, this will be my second year going. Last year was incredible! It got people on fire for God in ways you can't possibly imagine. So, i am escided about that.   and lastly, I had an unforgetably expiercience at the Doctors office the other day, i went in just for a check up, everything was going fine, and I also had to get a tetnis shot, Tetnis shot, no big deal right? So i got the tetnis shot, and left the room, and when i walked into the lobby, the room started to fade, and i figured it was nothing, it will pass. but then the next thing i know, there are three nurses standing arround me asking how many fingers i see, i wanted to go all litteral about it and count all of the fingers in the room, but they didn't seem like they much of a sence of humor, so i answered 2, like everyone could see that there were 2 fingers that she was holding up, but anyway, i was waited on, i mean i got a free sprite, they brought me a pillow, and 2 cookies, how can you beat that? Well I signed up to go on a missions trip next year, to Italy and France as a matter of fact. For a while now i have been praying to God to give me a chance to go on another missions trip (i went on one 2 years ago) and i figured I would end up staying in the states, but as time went on, I felt as though God was calling me to go farther than just the states, i still didn't know where though. And about that time of confussion, My friend Kendra posted on her battle cry that she is going Italy and France (click the text to see the trip details). I didn't think much of it at the time, but as time went on, i thought more and more about it, so i finnaly asked her about it, and that is where it started to be clear that he wanted me to go on this trip, so i signed up. I still wasn't completely sure i was supposed to go on this trip, and that is when the signs that God wanted me to go came in. Has anyone ever asked God to do something, and he did it allmost immedietly? pretty amazing huh. Right now I am planning a fundraiser with a few of my friends who are also going, We ar going to do a yard sale, it should be fun! Well, stop. Not only are you putting yourself down, but you are insulting God's greatest and most priceless creation. God made you the way you are, by saying you are fat and ugly. If you want a way to make more beautiful then you allready are, work on you're self confidence, and share kindness with others, by making you're spirit full of hapiness and joy, you make you're outer appearnce beautiful. If you are look for somone to like you for the way you look, you are waisting you're time, sure you will find somone who like you for that, but will not be worth it, for finding somone for likes you for whats on the inside is far more precious, and more valuble then just about anythingelse you can think of.
