This will be our first year using Abeka Academy.     Logan is starting 2nd grade.  He enjoys science, bugs, dinosaurs and playing games.  He will continue with Abeka books.  </description>

<title>Our School Room</title>
<description>Our school room is done finally.&amp;nbsp; I wish I had taken some before pictures.&amp;nbsp; 
I ordered 2 desks that will go where the table is standing.

&amp;nbsp;This turned out dark, Its a second bookcase on the other half of the room.

<title>Our Tadpoles Came!</title>
<description>We sent for our tadpoles back in March but they wouldn't send them to us until the weather warmed up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; So they finally arrived on May 2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There are 2 of them.&amp;nbsp; The boys named them Darth and Godzilla. lol&amp;nbsp; 
Almost 2 weeks and still no legs emerging yet.&amp;nbsp; They're active though and fun to watch.

Aprons- Y/N?&amp;nbsp; If Y, what does your favorite look like?&amp;nbsp; No, I think they are cute though.
Baking - Favorite thing to bake - Anything!&amp;nbsp; I love to cook/bake.
Clothesline - Y/N?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; No, but I really want one.
Donuts - Have you ever made them?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;No, &amp;nbsp;I remember my mom making them when I was a child.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Everyday - One homemaking thing you do every day.&amp;nbsp; Laundry.
Freezer - Do&amp;nbsp; you have a separate deep freeze?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes, and I love having one.
Garbage Disposal - Y/N?&amp;nbsp; Yes, but would happily give it up for a dishwasher.
Handbook - What is your favorite homemaking resource?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Internet
Ironing - Love it or hate it?&amp;nbsp; I don't love it but wouldn't say I hate it either.
Junk drawer - Y/N&amp;nbsp; Where is it?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes, two of them, in the kitchen.
Kitchen - Color and decorating scheme -&amp;nbsp; What little walls I have are white.&amp;nbsp; Our cabinets are very long so we don't have alot of wall space.&amp;nbsp; I have a few baskets, candles&amp;nbsp;and appliances, but that's about it.

Mop?&amp;nbsp; Y/N?&amp;nbsp; Yes
Nylons - Wash by hand or in the washing machine?&amp;nbsp; The very few times I wear them...washing machine.
Oven - Do you use the window or open the oven to check?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Open the door.
Pizza - What do you put on yours?&amp;nbsp; Pepperoni, sausage, &amp;amp; mushrooms.
Quiet - What do you do during the day when you get a quiet moment?&amp;nbsp; Usually get on the computer
Recipe card box - Y/N?&amp;nbsp; What does it look like?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes, it's stuffed.&amp;nbsp; It's a wooden box with a gingerbread man on it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Plus I have my Taste of Home &amp;amp; Quick Cooking magazines all grouped together.
Style of house - What style is your house?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;?? &amp;nbsp;Pretty standard.&amp;nbsp; White, main level, upstairs and a basement
Tablecloths and napkins - Y/N?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Usually just on Holidays
Under the kitchen sink - Organized or toxic wasteland?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Organized
Vacuum - How many times per week?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Everyday
Wash - How many loads of laundry do you do per week?&amp;nbsp; I don't count, probably between 12 &amp;amp; 15
X's - Do you keep a daily list of things to do that you cross off?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have a list of things I would like to get done daily, weekly &amp;amp; monthly but I don't cross them off as I do them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I don't like to mess with printing off a new list every day.
Yard - Y/N&amp;nbsp; Who does what?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; our oldest mows, dh takes care of the weeds &amp;amp; trims.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;My Mother in law and I tend to the garden and I&amp;nbsp;rake the leaves in the Fall with the boys.&amp;nbsp; 
Zzz's - What is your last homemaking task for the day before going to bed?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Make sure everything is off and doors are locked.&amp;nbsp;

<description>I came across The Pioneer Woman Cooks&amp;nbsp;while visiting Tonya at Homeschooling Momma.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm now hooked.&amp;nbsp; She has so many yummy looking recipes and what I like is she has pictures at each step while making it.
Tonight we're having the Twice Baked Potatoes&amp;nbsp; and Peach Crisp with Maple Cream Sauce&amp;nbsp;
