We didn't go to churched and Mom had a throwing up head ache so yesterday was not a great day! I had too clean it all up! and well it's yucky outside today so not much else is going on. I can almost smell them...oh wait.... I think my little sister spilled something!(LOL)      INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon lemon extract 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration       DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, and lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into a bowl of confectioners' sugar. Roll them around until they're lightly covered. Once sugared, put them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes in the preheated oven. A cute little poem that I wrote when I was little.....since I am so sweet I decided to share it with you(LOL) "A lonely little egg lay in a nest, he tried to hatch his very best, His brothers and sisters hatched with no effort. There he lay deserted and lonely in the nest, warm and homely. He felt the urge to sore and fly.
