<title>NO MORE DIAL-UP!!!!</title>
<description>We now have DSL!!!! Oh my goodness, it is SOOOO much faster than dial-up. I can watch videos now, and upload pictures, and play games, and everything. I think I'm going to try to change my blog to a Christmas theme now. I hope it will&amp;nbsp;look good. ;-)
&amp;nbsp;
Well, I guess I should go. I really can't think of anything else to say.

<title>Bored to Death</title>
<description>Hey People of HSB!
I kinda broke my thing of writing regularly. Oh well. I'm sooooooo bored right now! My parents are gone for 2 days, so my grandparents are staying with us. Thankfully we're here at our house where we have internet and Satelite. I think I would DIE without texting, internet, AND TV.(My mom has the cell phone with her...)
Okay, so I was playing the piano for my grandparents. At first I was playing hymns so Grandaddy could sing along...but then his voice started to go out, so he decided to take a break. Grandmother asked me to play &quot;a song without words&quot;, her way of saying &quot;classical music&quot;. So I did. I guess it turned out to be a little too &quot;fancy&quot; for her or something. She didn't like it at all. I happen to like playing classical music very much....Oh well, I guess that's a personal preference.
I'm so bored...I'm waiting 'til 9 so I can watch Criminal Minds. I LOVE that show! It's an amazing show. :-) It's funny sometimes, yet also very intense. I'm usually paranoid after watching that show. I REFUSE to open the door...I had to go let my puppy, Bailey, out of the pen once during a commercial break...I found a shovel in the yard and carried it with me the whole way there and the whole way back. I get so freaked out...and living in the middle of the woods doesn't help much.
This is my favorite person from the show; Agent Morgan
I also like Reid....but he's not my favorite person. I couldn't find a picture of him to put on here.
Well, that's about it. I guess I'm gonna go and be bored...again.

<title>Mule Day</title>
<description>Today we went to the Mule Day celebration near our house. It was pretty cool. This is the first Mule Day thing I've been to. The main event was the Mule Pull. The winning team pulled 8,350 pounds. We took some videos and pictures, but I'm only going to post the pictures. Well, not all of them will upload to Flickr, so I'll have to only post two. I'll post more when I have the chance. Anyways, the Mule Pull wasn't the only thing they had there. There were people set up with booths selling things they had made; Indian whistles, purses, children's clothing, hair ribbons, etc. There were things for kids too, like pony rides, and inflatable castles. Well, I'm going to post the pictures now.

The winning team is the&amp;nbsp;one on the left in the photo above. They don't look so big there, but up close, they are HUGE.

Well, that's all for now!
Emily
P.S. This is my second time doing this entry. Dial-up makes me so mad some times...it disconnects all the time. Anyways, my point in telling you this, is that the entry is never as good the second time, so I probably left out a few things that I included in the first entry.</description>

<title>Only a Short Entry Today</title>
<description>My title pretty much explains it. I don't have much time for a long post, but I just decided to post. Well, my sister's birthday was yesterday(since it's 12:32 AM I'm gonna say yesterday, which would be the 29th) anyways, so we had a small sleepover. Courtney and Faith came over. It was so much fun. We went to the river to swim around 3 or so Friday afternoon. We watched Game Plan, and mostly just talked. Faith and I walked around the neighborhood following Bethany and Courtney, who were riding bikes. Then Saturday, yesterday, we went to Trade Day. I found Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, and Pride and Prejudice for $4. I love the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. So now, I have the first and second one, and I just need to get the third one. The second is definately my favorite one. I haven't had a chance to watch Pride and Prejudice just yet, so I'm not sure how I'm gonna like that one, but it should be good...since I love movies like that. I will post some pictures from the party if they will ever load...*waiting*..........*still waiting*............*waiting*..........Oh well, it's gonna take too long. I need to get in the bed so I can get some sleep for church tomorrow.

<title>Long time, no post</title>
<description>Wow, it's been, what, 2 months since I've posted? Sorry about that. I'm gonna try to get my blog back in my life. I'm not going to keep accusing Facebook for taking place of HSB, but it's kinda true. Then again, I should be able to make time for both.
Well, this is pretty much what's going on with me:
I'm taking guitar lessons...again. I've taken once before, but my teacher moved. So now I'm taking again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
I've been reading a lot, and I have SO many books to read. I mostly read Love Inspired Suspense, but I've also been reading books by Janette Oke with my friend, Marisa. First we read &quot;Roses for Mama&quot; and now we are reading the first book in the &quot;Seasons of the Heart&quot; series.
I'm planning a party for my sister Bethany(FollowTheRainbow). She probably won't read this, but I'm not going to put any details on here just in case. All she knows about the party is the date.
I've been busy with taking care of our 8 puppies(5 from one litter didn't make it...) and I'm going to be busy training Bailey, the puppy Mom and Dad said I could keep. She's so cute! I need to post pictures sometime. She's also very smart, and already seems to be trained. She sits for her food and I didn't have to teach her that. She was very cooperative with me when she had her first bath today, and she responded to the leash better than any 8-week-old puppy I've ever seen. We were able to give all of the puppies away, so now we only have Cessna(Bailey's mom), Bailey, and a puppy we are keeping for my aunt.
Tomorrow I'm going to the aquarium with my family and my little sister's friend. I'm hoping to go to Kohl's while we're up there because I've never been, and everyone is always talking about stuff they've gotten there.
My church's &quot;Youth Fun Night&quot; is Saturday. I'm so excited...just wish that Marisa could come. We are gonna play games and have pizza. Bro. Matt(the youth leader) said he's gonna bring Guestures, but I said I wasn't going to play. He said he would make me...and then set the &quot;rules&quot;, which are, if you show up, you're playing the games. He must be able to read my mind because he said &quot;Oh yes ma'am. You're coming...I'll come to your house and pick you up&quot;. I live in a gated community, so I said &quot;How are you gonna get past the gate?&quot; He said he would go around it, but I would like to see him try. We went on and on about it...I think I won because I'm pretty sure there's no way you can go around the gate.
Okay, I'm looking up cakes for Bethany's birthday. I guess I'll post some since she's probably not gonna see this post. The colors are going to be aqua and pink, so mom would make the cake with those colors.

I love this one...it looks really good as pink and brown. I might steal this one and use it for my birthday cake. haha

That's pretty awesome...just needs different colors.
Whoaaa! That's a CAKE? That's amazing!
I guess that's enough...for now.

<title>Facebook has taken over...</title>
<description>Hey,
I doubt anyone will read this, but I'm bored so I'm gonna post something.
There are a few reasons that I never get on anymore.
1. We don't have internet at our house anymore because dial-up was just too slow for the price we were paying.
2. I have a Facebook now, and it's a lot easier to keep up with than a blog...
Yeah, no offense to HSB, but...
So anyways, I've also been really busy. I'm just now finishing school for the year. I'm trying to work it out so that I can graduate in 2011 instead of 2012 like I should. So I'm gonna have to work really hard on school for that to work. Also, photography and reading are taking up most of my spare time.
So this is what's new with me: Both of my dogs just had puppies and we have a grand total of 14 puppies. I haven't gotten to see one liter because I'm at my aunt's house right now, and we left right as they were being born. I just found out that I like Taylor Swift's songs. I have a lot of her's, and that's what I'm listening to right now. And I've been reading a lot of Love Inspired books. I'm just finishing a Love Inspired Suspense. It was really easy to figure out...I guessed the murderer before the end of the 2nd chapter, and it turns out that I was right. I should be a Crime Scene Investigator. Not really...but I guess I might be able to handle that. I'm not really sure.
Well, I guess this will be a long enough post for now. I might try to write another one tomorrow. I need to get my blog up and running again. Maybe I'll attempt to do that while I'm here at my aunts.

<title>Economics Project</title>
<description>Well, I don't exactly have much time to write an entry at the moment, but this is something that I need to get out information for as soon as possible. I know I don't have many visitors on my blog, but I'm trying everything I can. I guess I should explain: For school, I have to do an economics project, thus the title. We, being my classmates and me, are to make a product(or service) and make a profit from it. There are more details to it such as a profit/loss record and such. My mom has allowed me to advertise my product on my blog...guess I should tell what my product is, shouldn't I? I have been &quot;playing around&quot; on my computer, and found that I can make stationary, which started out to just be for my letters, but I figured that I would make that my product since they are all my creations. I am about to try uploading some sample pictures so that you may see what they look like. If you are interested in buying any, message me, and I will send you my e-mail address from there for further information or to answer any questions. Packages of 20 pieces of stationary are $6.00 plus shipping and handling.&amp;nbsp;Stationary sets are custom chosen only. I will print and ship the package as soon as I have recieved the payment. Message me to my blog account for further information.

Well, the stationary samples won't load, so I will have to try again tomorrow when I have wireless internet. Or I might just have to send them to whoever is interested by e-mail. Which ever works best for this slow dial-up.

<title>Such a busy week...well, life acctually</title>
<description>My family has been so busy&amp;nbsp;lately. Piano lessons on Mondays, and we stay in town all day. Co-Op on Tuesdays, and we don't get home until around 3:00. I volunteer at the library on Wednesdays, and I have to go in to town with Daddy and stay at his office until 1. Then I stay at the library until 5:00, then when Daddy gets off of work, we have to hurry home to get ready for church. Thursday afternoons, starting tomorrow, I'm going to be taking guitar lessons from Cliff, a guy at church. Fridays are usually pretty calm, but I have a lot of school on Fridays because I don't get much done&amp;nbsp;on the other days.&amp;nbsp;And I know this isn't&amp;nbsp;written very well, but I'm too tired,&amp;nbsp;to think of any other way to write it. And this is probably going to be a very boring&amp;nbsp;entry...but oh well. Maybe I'll post some pictures.&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;This is a black racer that I found in the front yard while I was raking the leaves.

<title>~*Time for another post*~</title>
<description>I think my blog title font changed somehow. I need to see if I can fix it. Is it like a regular font, or is it um...different? Because I had it set as MurrayHill&amp;nbsp;font, but I don't think it worked too well.
I had a pretty interesting day yesterday. I didn't do school, :-), Jenalee learned how to ride her bike without training wheels, and Elijah got stuck in a tree. It was so funny, because he started crying and screaming for Momma. It sounded like someone was killing him or something. Mom told me to video tape him so when he's older he can see how he overreacted too much...so I did. I would post it, but one, he'll probably kill me if I did, and two, it won't upload on dial-up.
Today we worked out in the yard pretty much all day. We tilled up the front yard so we can plant grass seeds sometime soon, and then Mom helped me plant a few flowers in my garden spot. I want to get a decorative rock or something to put in it, but I'll have to wait until I plan out how I want it to look. I really wish I could get some Orchid flowers, because they're my favorite, but they are also really expensive...well, at least I THINK. I don't know for sure, but I'm almost positive that they are high. I felt so DIRTY when I came in, that I HAD to get a shower. I feel clean now, but my hands are so dried out!
My sister&amp;nbsp;and I are supposed to sing at church tomorrow...I don't exactly like singing because, in my opinion, I don't have a very good voice. But, our song leader asked, so I have to do it.
I've been in a &quot;Movie Mood&quot; lately, but because my laptop isn't working very well right now, both of our DVD players won't work, and the chair at the computer desk isn't very comfortable, I can't exactly watch any right now. :-( And I JUST got a new movie from Faith! *sigh* I guess I'll live.
Well, I have to go eat supper now...so, I'll end the post.
