<title>Car trouble</title>
<description>We were having a pretty good day and we all loaded into the van to go to piano lessons and the battery was dead on the van. So I called the piano teacher to let her know we could not come today, and then we all piled out to go back inside:( We were also going to go to &amp;nbsp;the library- so Winston was pretty disappointed about not getting to do that.
It is overcast and warm here today. Supposed to be rainy all week. I don't really look forward to that.&amp;nbsp;
Winston and Kaysha helped me make Chocolate Chip Coconut cookies. They enjoyed that! I am trying to get in the habit of letting them help me in everything . It is so much faster to just do things myself, but that is not raising helpful children.
Kaysha's buddy Maggie is turning two this week and having a&amp;nbsp;Raggedy Ann 2nd b-day party on Sat. I bought a giant (3 ft) Raggedy Ann doll on ebay for a gift &amp;nbsp;and received it in the mail today! That was fun- The kids liked getting that in a big box! The doll is huge- as big as Kaysha!! All the little girls are dressing in&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;outfits that have Raggedy Ann on them! It should be very cute!
Well, The older two are outside playing and Kaysha is taking a nap, so maybe I should go get something done!!! It's a good idea whether I'll do it or not is another question!
Have a great day!

<title>Scrapbooking -- a new wave of inspiration</title>
<description>I have been scrapbooking this week with my sister and cousins and I am getting inspired to work on my books again. We have been working this week on a 12 x 12 scrapbook for my Grandma who is turning 90 in April.The book is going to have 50 pages and we have 33 done so far. It has really been fun to do! I have not worked on my scrapbooks for over&amp;nbsp; a year, so this has gotten me inspired to do some pages. I finished 3&amp;nbsp; yesterday and that gave me such a feeling of accomplishment. I could work for a whole year and not be caught up,though. So 3 pages is not anything to feel that good about!
The kids have really had a fun time working with all the scrapbook stuff I've had out. Winston has sat for hours stenciling and working on the scrapbook paper. I was quite surprised&amp;nbsp; really that it held his attention that long! And Kendra has made a couple of pages by herself which she was very proud of.
So we will see how long this new wave of inspiration lasts!!:)
