The weekend ahead!!!

Eventhough it is only Tuesday my family is already looking forward to the weekend. On Saturday my children and I are going to see "Little Bear Wheeler" in Revolutionary Families. I thought it would be something good for my kids to see because that is what we are studying right now in history. I was also wondering if anyone on here has ever been to any of his conferences or to this particular activity, and if it is any good? Then on Sunday is my daughters baby shower. I have never thrown one before so I am hoping that all goes well. My daughters friend Angel and my daughter Kaitlyn are helping me so at least I won't be alone. My son Andrew is having his cousin come over to play while "us girls" are at the baby shower but he has made it clear that he does want us to bring him home some cake. : ) Besides all the excitement this weekend we had quite an evening the other night I had to take my daughter to the hospital because she slipped on the last couple steps on her way downstairs, so I had to take her to the hospital so they could check on the babies heartbeat and the baby was perfectly fine and Melissa's back was just a little sore. They told her to just take it easy. I hope everyone is having a great week and God Bless.

Make new friends!

Hi, I am new to blogging. I hope to make some new friends and learn some new things. I have a 20 year old daughter who will bless us with our first

grandchild in April. I also homeschool my 13 year

old daughter and 11 year old son. I haven't really

figured out our style of homeschooling yet since things seem to change a lot. We kind of just go with the flow of the day (is there a style for that?). Well I am going to go look around on the site and hope to hear from someone.
