I wanted to thank you all again for your prayers and encouragement that's what helped me get through it all so well. It's so nice that I'm finished I still have follow up MRI's every three months and will be sure to let you know what each one looks like.
Even though I've gone through all this I'm still just a normal girl, hoping to be the big sister God wants me to be, and a light in this dark world.

God Bless you all, hope you each have a wonderful Christmas.
Sarah

Oh, another thing I haven't said anything about yet is my family is seriously thinking of adopting some children from Indiana =) We want to adopt some siblings that don't want to be separated. I'm so excited about this, it would mean adding to our family of nine =) pretty crazy? LOL but our house is big enough, our van is big enough =) We've been praying about it a lot and we think it's time. We had thought about this before, but then the quads were born, then the subject just came up awhile ago.
Mom and Dad start taking classes on adoption in January .
Please pray that everything goes smoothly and God brings us the perfect children for our family.
If anyone knows anything about adoption, like knows someone who has adopted or if your family has adopted a child, please tell me about it. pm me everything you know about the whole subject.

Hallelujia!!!

Praise God!!! All our prayers have been answered. I had an MRI done on Monday, the results came back yesterday. I am officially CANCER FREE!!! The MRI showed to be completely clear. Praise The Lord! I'm so glad to be through with this.
It's been almost two years since I was diagnosed, God has been with me every step of the way, never leaving my side and he never will.
I know it will never come back, because Nahum 1:9 says, "...Affliction will leave and not return." And I am standing on that promise. God has healed me =)

I'll stay in touch. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! And happy happy happy New Year =)

allllllll done =)

Hey everyone,
Hope you all had a great thanksgiving! I sure did =)
Sorry, none of the laptops at the hospital worked in my room, and here, everytime I'd get a chance to get on the computer the internet wouldn't be working, blah, but tonight it's cooperating for me.
I'll be in isolation for the next couple of months, that's where I just have to be really careful and not get sick 'cause my immune system would have a hard time fighting it off. So that really limits the family holiday get-to-gethers. For Thanksgiving, though, we went to a big indoor water park =D It was so much fun! I don't know what we're doing for Christmas.
I love the holidays. Yesterday we put up our tree and decorated the house. We've been listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies, making pumpkin pie, drinking eggnog, oh, I just love it! it goes by way to fast, though, before long Easter will be here.
Oh, as I said before, the chemo went really well. I get an MRI the 3rd of December. I'm excited to see the results, and ready for everything to start going back to normal. It will be nice to have hair to brush that doesn't slide around and eyelashes, My eyebrows stayed in =) I'm thankful for that.
Hope you all enjoy your Christmases, don't eat to much. That's always my problem at Thanksgiving. Drink lots of eggnog and sing lots of carols. God bless you all.
~Sarah~

I'm home

Yep, home sweet home. It usually takes a couple days after I get home to get back in order, get organized again and back on a normal schedule, but I got home on Wednesday ( the 21st) I'm glad to be at home! I missed most of our warm weather though. We had a few days of Indian summer that I wish I could have been here for, winter is definitely on it's way--brrr.
One more treatment =) I'm really excited about that! The last one-wow-I think they went by pretty fast. I believe, really soon it will be declared that by the grace of God I have been completely healed. And this cancer is never coming back in the name of Jesus never never never

Feeling much better =)

Thank you everyone for those really encouraging comments! I've been feeling much better. I should be going home really soon, if all keeps going well =)
Oh, I'm on facebook now, and I post alot about myself on there. I would love to make you my friend.
Again thank you for yor prayers and encouragement. You guys are such a blessing!
Something spacific you could pray about, I don't know if I said anything about this before, but my hearing in my left ear has been severly damaged and the doctors don't know if it will ever be restored, another thing is my balance and voice, when I had surgery done in March they hit some nerves that effected my balance and vocal cords. I believe with all my heart that our God is a God of restoration and that he will restore everything the devil has stolen from me!
So pray that that restoration takes place quickly and that I am restored completely. I also thank God that only those few things were effected by those massive surgeries. Love you all. God bless.

Yesturday they gave me something that made me really sick...bleh I don't feel that great today either. But God is taking care of me and even when I don't feel well I still praise and thank him for everything he's doing in my life. Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers. =)

A good report

On Friday(Oct. 2) I got an MRI. The last MRI that I had done was in July and it showed a small piece of tumor near the top part of my brain. This MRI that was done on Friday showed that the piece was shrinking! =) Praise the Lord! They didn't give us any measurements, so I don't know how fast it's shrinking, but the important thing is that it is. =)
I'm going back in on the 7th for my third round, then after this one, just one more and I'll be done! =) I just thank God for his healing power in my life and for sending me such good encouragement and prayer support, it's really helped me deal with everything. you guys are the best!

Home early!!! =)

I'm home!!! =D Somebody must have been praying because I came home on only the thirteenth day this time! Last time my stay was like 26 days long or something. So now I don't have to go back for two weeks, instead of ten days. Oh, I'm so happy. Last night we had a drive-way movie, to celebrate, that's where we set up the T.V. in the drive-way and watch a movie LOL. It's a lot of fun! Even when it rains it's still fun!
Well, school is just getting started at our house, so everything is pretty crazy around here. I didn't quite get through everything from last year LOL so while I'm waiting for my books to arrive in the mail, I'm finishing up the 9th grade. Fun, fun, fun. Well I have to go. I'll keep you all updated. Thank you for praying for me and my family.
 Blessing to you all!

Round #2

I'm here for round number two. I got here on the 9th so I'm already done getting the infusions. It didn't go quite as smoothly as last time. Last time I didn't feel sick or throw up or anything, but this time one of the meds made me feel really bad for awhile. Now I feel fine, thank goodness.
So it's the same as last time then, I got my stemcells today, now we wait for my counts to drop then come back up, then I can go home for ten more days then do it all over again. LOL. Thank you guys so much for praying and encouraging me through this, you've really been keeping me going. Pray that the next rounds go as good as the first one did. Well this laptop is starting to get hot and burn my leg. LOL.
Love you all!
