<title>A new house, painting, My trip, and a Reality Check!</title>
<description>
Hey every one!
If you are reading this I want to thank you for checking back on me... I realise that I haven't written lately but life is almost nonexsistant for me outside of painting my new house and finishing summer school.&amp;nbsp;
Ok, now I will try to catch you up on my life lately.&amp;nbsp; We recently bought a new house (I am not sure if I already told you that but I know you will forgive me if I have) and we have been painting and remodeling it a little bit.&amp;nbsp; Mostly we have been working on my grandparents apartment so that they can move in at the end of July.&amp;nbsp; We have been painting so much, I don't think that I EVER want to paint again.&amp;nbsp; (Ok, maybe not NEVER but not for a really really really long time!)&amp;nbsp; I did paint my room.&amp;nbsp; I painted it a color called Bavarian Creme (Not that I expect any of you to go down to your local Home Depot and find that color to know what it is)&amp;nbsp; The color is a yellowish cream it is really pretty.
I also haven't told you all about my trip to New York!&amp;nbsp; It was a great trip and we got to see some really cool stuff.&amp;nbsp; The coolest things were the Broadway plays We saw Phantom of the Opera, Grease, South Pacific, and the Lion King.&amp;nbsp; The best ones were the Phantom of the opera and South Pacific.&amp;nbsp; (If any of you have seen the movie south pacific and deemed it boring you are WRONG!!! Ok, maybe your not wrong about the movie but the play in Lincoln Center was Amazing!!!!)&amp;nbsp; Singing in Carnegie Hall was the most incredible experience!&amp;nbsp; I got to read a narration for the Nightingale opera!&amp;nbsp; It was so cool!&amp;nbsp; I will post pics as soon as I can!&amp;nbsp;
This last weekend I went on a trip to see my Cousin married.&amp;nbsp; I guess I just don't think about the way that other people live but most of the people at the wedding were drinking and smoking and swearing up a storm!&amp;nbsp; Most of the wedding party was completely drunk by the end of the night.&amp;nbsp; We left as soon as we could without being rude because we were family.&amp;nbsp; It was good to see my family again (I haven't seen some of them in two and a half years) and I love them greatly, but it is&amp;nbsp;nice to be away from it all now.&amp;nbsp;It really was a reality check for me, I am so privileged to live the way I do, My own dad grew up around this kind of behavior I am so blessed that I don't have to.
Well Thank you all for reading, I do not know when I will write again but I will try to write soon.
Hugs!!!
Amanda

<title>All I can do is my best.</title>
<description>Hey everyone!&amp;nbsp; Well I wish that I had more time for this.&amp;nbsp; My life is so crazy, I can only do my best, and lately my best has not included you people.&amp;nbsp; I am so sorry.&amp;nbsp; I really do want to keep in touch and inform you all of what is going on in my incredibly busy, freakishly crazy, and insanely weird life.&amp;nbsp; but it is all I can do to keep up with things going on at home.&amp;nbsp;
Thank you all for being so patient with me, I know it can be hard.
Let's see if I can update you on what is going on with me.
New York preperations are going great!&amp;nbsp; They gave us all our songs several weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; We will be singing...
Papagea papageo (sp?)
Dome epais
Were going around.
Selected scenes from the nightengale.
there is another one, but I can't remember it right now.&amp;nbsp; They are all peices of childerens operas&amp;nbsp; Our choir is a treble choir so we are in the childerens division instead of the youth.
We have found a house to buy. it is a really cool big house with a place for my grandparents to live too.
School is going good, I just have five weeks to finish before we leave for new york,&amp;nbsp;but I think I can get it done.
The girls in our youth group recently had a weekend conference.&amp;nbsp; Our speaker was tina Marie, I don't know if any of you know who she is but her websight&amp;nbsp;is www.tinamarielive.com she is an amazing speaker and and even cooler person!
just a few weeks till prince caspian comes out!!!! I can't wait!!! unfourtunately I am at a choir&amp;nbsp;festivile the weekend it comes out so I will not be able to see it with my youth group, but I will see it as soon as I can.
Pray for starwisher, she is not feeling well lately, she will see her doctor on thursday.
Thank you all for being so patient with me.&amp;nbsp;
Hugs!!!

(1) Link to the person that tagged you.
(2) Post the rules on your blog.
