Can you identify these acrylic templates?

Back sometime between 2001-2003 I purchased these acrylic templates. I sold rubberstamps back then and they were used for workshop projects. I don't remember where I bought them from, although I know it was an online purchase. I don't remember what the bottom 2 make. The top one is for a lattice-edge on a card, etc. Anyone have any ideas, or know where I got them from? The templates are laying on my cutting mat, so those are 1" squares for size reference.
My photos won't show, so here are the links for flickr.
