<title>Books... who needs a life when you can read about one?</title>
<description>When it comes to books.... I am a confirmed cheeto-eating junkie (that was a joke about drug users... I know it wasn't funny). While Christian fiction romance novels are my favorite,&amp;nbsp;I just enjoy reading in general. I have read countless of my CFR (Christian Fiction Romance), Harry Potter, Narnia, books on the holocaust, and many biographys, as well as a some really cool classic books.&amp;nbsp;
Harry Potter:&amp;nbsp; I know alot of people don't read Harry Potter because of it's magical content, and I kinda have a problem with that.&amp;nbsp; No, I don't have a problem if you don't want your kids to read it, but don't blame it on the magic if you let them read Narnia or if you let them watch shows with talking animals.&amp;nbsp; If kids can't tell the diffrence in make-believe and what's real, then they really have no business reading anything at all.&amp;nbsp; I am not trying to be mean about it the books, but The Chronicles of Narnia is also a book containing magic and I don't understand why people will read one, but not the other. The only problem I really have with HP is that it does have a few bad words, but overall is a good book series if you like some action/fantasy in your reads:0)
Narnia:&amp;nbsp; I love these books!&amp;nbsp; I have not read all of them, but if you are going to read any, you need to read the last one in the series, which is really the begining of Narnia.&amp;nbsp; That book is amazing!
Christian Fiction Romance Novels: Now this section could get long.&amp;nbsp; I have read some really amazing authors!&amp;nbsp; Lori Wick is my favorite, her modern novels and her historical ficition series are out of this world! Books you should check out: The English Garden Series, The Yellow Rose Triology, The Princess, Sophie's Heart, White Chocolate Moments, Bamboo and Lace, and soooo many more that I can't even rember all of them, if it has her name on it-- read it!
I also love Dee Henderson, she writes really great mystery/crime romance novels.&amp;nbsp; And all are focused on God and many offer great Salvation stories.&amp;nbsp; I have not read all of her books but you deffintley need to check out the O'Malley Series and the prequal Danger in the Shadows.
There are so many wonderful CFRs that I have read it would be imposibble for me o rember them all.&amp;nbsp; Please check out some of these great reads!
If you have questions about some of the books I suggeted, disagree, or want to suggest more great books to me (please, please, please do!!) comment and let me know. No readers are judged at this blog!
Happy reading! ;) Tabi ;D</description>

<title>If I have said it once....</title>
<description>..... I've said it a thousound times: BOYS AND GIRLS CAN JUST BE FRIENDS!!!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Yes I have severeal really good guy friends. No I am not dating any of them, nor am I intrested in dating any of them.
Girls: You don't have to have a boyfriend once you get to a certain age!&amp;nbsp; I am 17 (very soon going on 18) and I have not had a boyfriend, and to tell the truth, I'm not really intrested in dating right now. (Unless the most awesome guy ever just happens to fall from the sky and&amp;nbsp;is intrested) ;)
Guys: There are girls out there who are just intrested in being friends, don't turn down having&amp;nbsp;a girl (space) friend.&amp;nbsp; We make pretty good just friends acutally.&amp;nbsp; =)
All this to say, it's okay to be just friends with a gal or guy, don't let people talking hinder a great friendship.&amp;nbsp; Peace Out ;) =O

<title>Don't you just love comercials?</title>
<description>I mean, come on.... what is there to not love about comercials?&amp;nbsp; The way they make you desire things you don't need nor have the money to buy.&amp;nbsp; The way they make you inadequate, you know like telling you you are too fat, or that your underwear are too uncomfortable, or maybe that you have not actually ever had a drink in your life until you try Green Bob's Peppy-Perk Soda.&amp;nbsp; Or maybe you like the way they interupt programs at the most critical moments of the show.&amp;nbsp; Just as Marrisa DeLatoe is about to be hit by a way-ward circus car full of clowns-- yep a comercial about pet shampoo comes on.&amp;nbsp;
Honestly though, there are some really cute comercials.&amp;nbsp; Me and my dad are currently in love with the Honda Prius comercials, the ones with the little kids dressed up as grass and flowers, ADORABLE!!!&amp;nbsp;
If you'd like, tell me about your favortie comercial now, I like to watch out for those occasional gem of a comercial.
Adios Amigos!

<title>The Lost Art of Conversation</title>
<description>This morning I was listening to the&amp;nbsp;radio and they were discussing &quot;lost arts,&quot; things that, due to technological advances, have been lost to todays youth.&amp;nbsp; While many things were mentioned, such as note passing, one thing not mentioned was conversation.&amp;nbsp; While Internet has made keeping up with classmates and distance relations, as well as&amp;nbsp;local friends, a certain bit of the&amp;nbsp;vocal magic has been lost out of conversation.
For example, when greeting a friend in person you might greet them with a high-five, a gianormous hug, or maybe a good, firm handshake.&amp;nbsp; But when you are talking to someone on IM (instant messanger) or maybe a Facebook of MySpace Chat, all you get is hey, hi, what's up...... and that's about it.
Words lose all emotion, no sarcasm, no subtle hint of laughter, just words.&amp;nbsp; Some people (like myself) put as much emotion in there typed conversations as possible with the use&amp;nbsp;of&amp;nbsp;&quot;.....&quot; as a pause, explination marks as a show of excitment, and emoticons to show feelings.&amp;nbsp; But you would have to agree even with cute little yellow men trying to&amp;nbsp;show&amp;nbsp;our friends how we&amp;nbsp;feel about somthing, the magic is gone.&amp;nbsp;
However.... I would have to say that some great things have come out of talking on the computer.&amp;nbsp; One, it's a lot easier to keep up with you friends and two (the most important one if you ask me) you can see what you say before you &quot;say&quot; it.&amp;nbsp; I have managed to cut my &quot;appearing-stupid&quot; or &quot;insert-foot-in-mouth&quot; moments in half! :0)
Whatever your feel, whether it be that Internet is evil and should be stopped (if you feel this way....&amp;nbsp; I would really like to know how you are reading this...?) or if you are an avid Twitter, Blogger, and/or Facebook or Myspacer..... there is an art we are missing out on by talking on the computer, and we can never get as much out of a techno conversation as a real-life in-your-face bad-breath-and-everything conversation.
Enjoy your conversations, be it Internet or Inperson

<title>Greetings from Planet Senior!</title>
<description>It's offcial.&amp;nbsp; I am now a senior in high school!&amp;nbsp; Or wait.... is it not offcial until I actually start the school year?&amp;nbsp; Well anyway, I have just finished my junior year of high school using Abeka Acadmey's DVD program.&amp;nbsp; I have to say that starting my last year of high school is kind of bittersweet.&amp;nbsp; While thinking about finishing up school (although if I count college I'm not) is really great, I would kind of like to just freeze everything.&amp;nbsp; I would like all my friends to stay the same, all my family to stay happy and healthy.&amp;nbsp; I would not leave the safe cacoon I have been living in for the past 17 years.
But, while part of me clings to the comfortable surronding I am in, another part of me is excited to see what the future holds.&amp;nbsp; The people i'll meet, the hearts i'll break (lol sorry had to throw that in), the places i'll go, it's all just pretty amazing!
True... I might lose loved ones, I may even misplace some friends, but God is always right there with me, and with Him.... all things are possible.

<title>Hello World!</title>
<description>As I was playing the question game (I ask a question and then you ask a question ect.) the other day with one of my friends, my friend posed a question somewhere along the lines of &quot;If you had one thing to say, and every person in the world would here you, what would you say?&quot;
So I have been thinking, what exactley would I say?&amp;nbsp; Somthing funny like &quot;Try the veal, I'll be here all week!&quot; or maybe somthing cute like &quot;Hi Mom, I love you!&quot;&amp;nbsp; Or I could always crack under the pressure and never say a word again (come on it's possibile!)&amp;nbsp;(Hey I heard those, &quot;let's hope&quot;s and that was not funny!)&amp;nbsp; Back to the topic at hand, what would I say?
I would like to think I would have the wisdom to turn your mind to Christ, the grace to make you accept my Savior, and the heart to break your's so you would see what He did for you!&amp;nbsp; How great is out Savior?
Just a thought, and I hope you think about what you would say, you never know when you'll get your 15 minutes in the limelight, and who'll be listening when you do.
Seek Jesus and He will find you.
