http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/whatdrivestheweak/ en-us Homeschool Blogger Sat, 7 Jul 2007 22:48:00 -0500 Sat, 7 Jul 2007 22:48:00 -0500 Hello people I don't know, Alot of you posted comments on my last blog, which actually surprised me quite a bit.  I never thought I was that interesting...but, for those of you that wish to know more about me: -I, obviously, love skateboarding and music and just about all I do is skate and listen to/play music -I listen to almost exclusively Metalcore and Thrash, but I do like some softer Indie stuff such as Interpol, Modest Mouse, and The Shins.  I'll even listen to stuff like Jurrasic 5 and Heiroglyphics, but only occasionally.  -I'm going to learn how to play drums next year and I plan to make a one-man Indie/Metalcore/Thrash band.  (Since I can already play bass and guitar) -I am a very opinionated person and I will not change my views easily.  I do not follow trends or go out of my way to rebel against them.  I am me and that is all that I am. -I am on the more liberal side of moderate as far as politics go.  I believe our country is very corrupt and I don't agree with most of the things that Bush does, but I am also not the typical "Bush-hater" because he's not THAT stupid. -I try to be a very accepting person becuase I look at the good in people and I am not one that is quick to judge (although I pretend to all the time. :D) -I am almost completely technologically illiterate and I don't even pretend to understand anything about computers, computer components, etc.  That's why I have geeky friends to know how to do stuff like that for me.  Hehe...Paul. -I believe in God and I consider myself religious, but I have no idea what denomination I am (non-denominational?), because there are many things I do believe in, but some things that I don't agree with in certain sects. That's probably why I've struggled to find a church to go to. -I am a very good listener, although I may not seem like it as I am ADD and always have to keep myself stimulated.  And because of my ability to listen, I have found myself helping many of my friends with relationship issues and other problems. -I have been in and out of love and right now, I don't recommend either.  -I like to talk with people that I trust and that I can tell anything to.  There are only a handful of people like that, but I am very grateful for them. -I grow very weary of people who constantly shift their views and opinions on subjects and their beliefs just because someone else thinks differently than them. -I am tired and I can't think of much else to put here, although I'm sure I will add on to this whenever Paul and Levi force me to.
