Freezer cooking last week

We did a new recipe Turkey (Chicken) Divan, just one to try.  Then we did 2 8x8 pans and one 9x13 pan of King Ranch Chicken (make that Turkey!) casserole.  That used up my turkey, I have everything to make Chicken Pierogies Alfredo, but it'll have to wait until I cook some chicken.

 

Then we did 4 meatloaves, frozen raw.  12 Hamburger patties, raw.  Meatballs, my daughter helped, cooked, cooled, and frozen in bags.  We made Cheeseburger Tatertot casserole meat mix, I froze these in bags and bought tater tots to keep in the freezer, We just thaw out the meat mixture put in pan and top with the tots and bake.  The only other thing we made was Beef and Bean burritos (32 of them)  We ate tacos with the extra meat that night.
