| I just read all the installments, and hooray for you guys!!! You followed your hearts and God blessed you with two sons. Now your next installment should be answering all the questions us 'potential' foster moms have. I.E. How has it affected your daughters? What would you do differently. etc. |

| Its great to see how the LORD worked in your life and even though you thought you wanted a girl, the Lord new that you would be getting boys! The Lord is all knowing and it just takes us to sit down a listen!! I think its wonderful that you adopted!! It takes very special people!! |

| I have so enjoyed reading about your adoptions! We are still debating becoming foster parents after we figure out our moving situation. |

| I looked back in your archives and have read a bit about your adoptions already, but it was good to read about the beginning.
Our adoption will be final on April 18th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited, beyond words...Joshua will be ours forever now! You know I have a heart for foster adoptions and special needs adoptions, just like you! The lawyer's comment is just outrageous! Praise God that the judge didn't listen! |

| Thanks for sharing your story Tia! I don't know how I missed it the first time around...
My heart really wants to adopt from China. While the Korean part of me says Korea, I yearn for a little boy (or maybe girl) from China... To give a child hope in Christ and a future with endless possibilities... My best friend is beginning to process of getting the paperwork and other things done to become a foster parent. It will be interesting to see how the process works for her...as well as a possible domestic adoption for her this fall. We too would like to adopt a child that is younger than our youngest (who is 2). I think this would be easier for our current family dynamics b/t the boys. So I guess we'll see what God has planned for us! Domestic, China, sibling group, boy, girl??? Anyhow, I'm just going on and on now. Lots to think about... Love, Marsha |

| Your adoption story is almost identical to ours! We too wanted to adopt forgein; but felt that there were kids here who needed a good home just as much.
Our son also has a lot of medical issues and we were told by doctors to no adopt him - he would be too much trouble. However, we felt God placed him in our home and it would be God - not our own choosing who would take him out of our home. We now are working at controling seizures and therapy for his autism. I could not ever imagine life without him. God blessed our entire family the day he sent us Zak. Thanks for sharing about your adoption journey. It encouraged my heart that I am not alone. Jane |
