Earlier today I told you about the Sew Crafty project of the week. We were in desparate need of pin cushions in this house, and these look so cute and easy, that we made them!
Boy 1 made the red, Girl 1 made the floral, Girl 2 made the green, and I made the blue.
We learned a few things about them in the process. STUFF them, but not too much! Mine is the flattest, while Boy 1's looks like it may pop. Girl 1 had the best stuff. It was just right. I also like how Girl 1 made only six petals instead of eight. My perfect order world couldn't third a half even if it does come out even in the end!
We will definitely be making more of these for gifts. They are fast, easy and fun! |
